Lo acabo de hacer. La verdad es que es la primera vez que me sale bien el bizcocho para el rollo, gracias por la receta. Lo único que al desenrollar el bizcocho del papel se me rompió😭 No sé si es porque no tenía que haberlo dejado tanto tiempo, aunque aún estaba caliente. Al final al cubrir con el chocolate no se notó mucho, pero no salió perfecto. Tengo que mejorar.

Wir haben es ausprobiert. Frischkäse creme war mit Sahne leider zu flüßig und der Kuchen ist nicht gut gelungen.
Dann habt ihr nicht gut genug die Creme geschlagen. Das klappt eigentlich sehr gut.
