Hi there. Thanks for this video tutorial. One qt, I have just purchased filmic pro but there are no 9:16 frames but 16:9 and I essentially would like to film to post on IG stories. Which frame do you recommend? I also purchase lumafusion but that is just for editing so maybe after I record the video I can make it into 9:16 there? Any information would be greatly appreciated. I use have been using Power Director for a few years for IG posts, just never thought to use it for stories. I have been using stories to just show a quick update on what I am working on and later when I have more time, post some better pictures or videos on my page. I guess I didn't know you could use media you already had for stories! DOH!

Can you edit videos from a computer using the apps?

Hi Justin. Thanks for your video to do Stories. I have downloaded Power Director, however when I go to get the video I have recorded in my phone camera app, videos are not showing under the Camera folder, and it does not appear in any of the other folders showing from which I can select. I am running a Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Any suggestions?

Ok so when I record my Instagram story and it comes up with the thing to edit it. If I discard all edits by clicking the x then does it still post my story for everyone to see or is it fully deleted and never posted?

Next problem. I have downloaded Story Splitter as I'm running a Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Once I have split the video, Instagram story will not let me load to story. It just says unable to load, even though the videos are cut to 15 second bites. I have tried just loading one at a time, same result. Any suggestions?

Yes, with PowerDirector, u can choose from your own library. But beware. Using copyrighted music may get your video muted or taken down on certain sites. Hope that helps. 👍🏼

What a nightmare it is to record a video, edit it and then get to your Instagram story using a Samsung in the right format. Finally a tutorial that allows me to do that. I might be going back to iPhone.

I managed to make clips using Story Split for android but i can't seem to get them all to go into Instagram stories. do you add them all at once or separately. i'm just having a heck of a time getting them in instagram. Could you do a video on how to use the story split and then posting them to instagram. It would be a big help to me and i'm sure others.
