My honest opinion on the restaurant is .. Those chairs look like they would give me serious backache... otherwise, the ambiance is very pleasing to the eyes, and the place looks very clean.

This is truly a beautiful and relaxing facility. I remember when this was just a guest house, but now it's evolved into something much more. Clearly they are ready for the influx of tourists the airport will bring when daily flights start up.
Have you seen the land they are clearing out south of the airport? It is said that a special economic zone will be there; basically a brand new township/commercial area will be there. If possible, I hope you can keep an eye on the development of that area, and provide video updates occasionally. I don't think any RUclipsr is paying attention to there yet.
