I managed to do it by canon 10-18mm (EF-S) lens on the EOS R with counterweight, but it was totally useless as the counterweight was coming on my every single photo; it was better to buy a multi-axial pano head and do it. It sounds complicated, but it is easier/cheaper that way compared to what Lee has shown in this video!
Can you show how to set up the nodal point on the gimbal as different lenses and cameras have different nodal points? Can you also give a more detailed “HDR” photography and editing tutorial on how to do 360 panos with the DJI gimbal...
You can see the camera is not rotating around the nodal point. That is because you can't, cause gimbals are setup for ballance. He is only able to get away with using a gimbal because the space he is shooting is so large. But that being said it will be full of stitching errors. Thanks for sharing. But when I take panoramas with my new DJI RS3 Mini and the app it takes all the shots but nothing saves to my card? Any ideas? I am using the special multi cable that came with the gimbal and it controls the camera just fine, but when I do the pano I hear the shutter release and see the image previews after each picture taken, but at the end of the process, there. are no images on the card. I saw a few others with the same issue on one of DJI's forum but DJI did not respond.

I analyze your video and I wonder, it is easier with 360 cameras dedicated to this type of photo, but the quality with your processional camera will be higher in sharpness and dynamic range, these cameras to have good results must be more than 800 dollars and worth spending if we already have a camera sony, canon, etc.. I ask you, is it possible within the gimbal functions to make hdr or several photos in the same position in which the gimbal is at that moment, to better control a backlight or something like that?

The more you zoom in the more photos it will have to take and the higher the MP will be. This may sound good in theory but there is more room for stitching errors AND the gimbal can't actually point the camera straight down. If you zoom in too much you won't get the ground in your shot.

Nothing is better for serious 360 work than PTGui. ICE is okay but it lacks the precision required for critical work.
