Randomly, in June of 2020, the phrase “kak dela “ came into my head. I wondered, “where have I heard this before and why do I want to hear it again so badly?” Then, I recognized it was Maria’s voice saying the phrase, so I traced all the way back to this video just to hear her say 7:43! 😂 ASMR makes us do crazy things I guess.

Thanks a lot, Maria! ;-) By the way, for those girls wondering how to say "Marry me" in Russian, it will make the person you're addressing to laugh if you say "Vihodi za menya", because the more exact translation of it is "Would you become my wife?". Instead, you would say: "Женись на мне", or "Zhenis na mne". However, if you're a guy, use the phrase Maria taught you.

This is one of the first videos i saw from u and since that day, like 3 years ago, I became a hard fan of you. So loyal that it became my habit to play ur videos before sleep. I dont have troubles but it helps me to relax more.
Today I knew that one friend its traveling to Russia in few months so I decided to recommend you. (So selfish but i didnt shared ur videos to anyone before, because for me this was a kind of treasure, my secret to stay relaxed, hehe.)
So because of look the correct video for send it to this friend i played this video one once again and OMG... Tingles and more tingles.. I dont know why but suddendly I thought you are the lost daugher of Bob Ross. When he was painting and talking he made me feel very relaxed too. Ahh thanks a lot Maria for made people from all over the world happier and relaxed with ur soft voice. Greetings from Mexico City! :D

For you to have more fun:
Word "shower" is pronounced in Russian exactly the same as in French! ( I always troll my English speaking friends with this one :-) )
Also : "taxi", "cache-nez", "manteau", "couturier", "garçon" (waiter), "canape" (fancy couch), "bistro", "entourage", "compote" (popular drink in Russia, made from mixture of dried fruits), "comme il faut" (meaning in keeping with etiquette or social standards) etc
Not to mention "bordeaux", "beaujolais" and "cognac" !

I always get a wee bit excited when I see you have put up a new video :). Your videos are fantastic and have helped me relax almost every night since I accidentally stumbled across the whole whisper/asmr community. I would like to thank you Maria for all the time, effort and love that you put into your videos, it's a wonderful thing you are doing and gives me back my faith in humanity. Please ignore any scumbag wankers that say unpleasant things, you're better than them. Peace and love.

Thank you for putting the pronunciations in the box below. I fell asleep last night to the "Update and Sleepy Whisper" video last night so I'm sure I'll be set for the next few nights with these! I love the effort you have put into these lessons it's really like they're multi-purpose videos. I have definitely become more interested in the russian culture since I came across your videos and everything else. Thank You So much Maria you're so awesome!

Every time I watch one of your videos, I instantly feel relaxed and it's hard to keep my eyes open. I don't think I've ever watched one of your videos all the way through.

Why and how can anyone give a thumbs down to anything she does. I normally would not comment I like to be a silent fan but thumbs down triggered me. Feel protective of our Maria.

This video made my day. All the little mistakes with the chalk just made this video amazing. I had a good chuckle watching this xD
