    Although so many versions of explanations for anatomy in youtube BUT sir , your videos explanations are more clinically orientated and cover all medical entrances examination points and For revisions very helpful especially entrances examination

    Pease correct that sigmoid sinus itself continues as IJV; however, inferior petrosal sinus is first tributary of IJV

      First tributary of major vein is counted as formative tributary so there is nothing to correct in it.

      Orbital apex syndrome - U/L gradual opthalmoplagia with vision loss (2,3,4,V1,6)
      Cavernous sinus syndrome -B/L sudden opthalmoplagia without vision loss ( 3,4,V1&2 ,6) 6th 1st affect and+ chemosis and proptosis

    A mistake between the left and right sides of the brain was made in relation to the skull sides. 9:20 is left not right. And same on other side.
    If it was in relation to the SSS then it might make sense but its still confusing for students that might need to recall this information during an exmam.
    Amazing videos as usual, thank you doctor.

      My dear i think you are mistaken… it’s a view from the top and not radiological oriented image. Therefor SSS draining it’s blood mainly to the right transverse sinus (which is marked correctly in the picture) 😊
