I love the automatic shut-off feature of the MorrFlate system. That alone is worth getting this pump. Most impressive was your bag not getting all shredded up in the engine bay! :))

@Dirtnation Offroad Just got them the other day 38x13.5x17 Milestar Patagonia MT02s and I bought another set of Black Steelies 17x9 and 4 used 38x13.5x17 MT01s for spares, she's about to get really slow! 😆 gonna end up doing the gears and D60HP Kingpin soon, you know, it never ends!

Damn, just bought a viair 450P-RV for $200, brand new and thought I was getting a steal. This one is awesome. How's the quality of material? The green seems a like plastic or is it painted metal? How hot is it getting?
It's a great air compressor. However, from my research ( which i could be wrong ), it's not designed to air up one tire because of the high flow rate. You could possibly damage the compressor. What happens if you have a flat, etc, on the trail. Or just need to help a friend out or something. For it to be a 4 tire only design, it is a big con, and I'll have to pass. When you give a review, dont be afraid to tell the cons. Nothing is perfect. Great job tho.
Can’t you break this system down to do 1 or 2 tyres only at a time? I think you would keep a small hose in a seperate bag for doing single tyres because this 4 tyre system is a bulky lot of hoses in itself.

Harbor Freight hard cases (Apache) are a good replacement when that bag falls apart. Fits perfectly without hose set and not pelican $.

So the gauge doesn't really work when inflating, you have to turn the thing off in order to get accurate reading?
It works it’s just reading the pressure going thru the system so it isn’t 100% accurate
The napa 300lpm air compressor is 10.59cfm and is 150$ also can mod it out to beat the 800$ twin air compressors lol
That pump has a 120 psi switch on it. If you can keep that hose on it, it'll shut Down when it deadheads

37” Trail Grapplers has those square threads? I though only 40” and above had those.

Why on earth are you airing up 40 s to 35-40 psi . Is your rig 16000 lbs
