IMPOORTANT - When editing the environment variable do not change in the user part, instead edit the order in the System variable part that's work for me

@@pain8048 I solved it by navigating to the top the dotnet executable, open cmd and type “where dotnet” and you’ll see where it is, follow the path and run the .exe
