- Bluebell Lakes hold some of the biggest carp in the UK, and Danny Fairbrass and Mark Bryant have them firmly in their sights. There’s plenty of drama as the pair try their luck on the surface and down below.
I have just finished watching the whole series what a great way to spend a sunday, THANK YOU for uploading as i had never seen series 9 !!!!!!
how nice to see danny fish a water owned by a guy that cant stand him !!!..made me day for me..on the other hand i have fished this place a number of times way back when it first opened up back in the mid 90s..that place has changed so much now..long gone is the old caravan that used to be there, the trees have all nicely matured and turned the place into a beautiful fishery, sadly owned by a guy thats only now interested in making money off you ..oh how hes changed..at one time he was a nice welcoming bloke who was glad to see you. but now wont give you the time of day unless your stuck up his arse..and theres plenty of them type there...even though i will never fish or even visit the place again on principle i wish no one any harm , greedy pigs will always be greedy pigs i suppose..nice vid keep up the good work...

heres a tip. dont strike when using a controller on the surface...Let the fish hook itself.
See stuff like that helps ppl like me who have not done much surface fishing so thanks mate.
@@markmason13 . Only applies to " bolt " type surface controllers mate, I always use esp or the drennan ones free running so I always strike to connect.
And my 1st 30lb common was from this very lake, it went 33lb 1 oz and I had it on a floater too. 😎

love watching your videos but can i ask when you hooked that fish in the belly why did you not apply any carp after care when you ripped one of its scales off standard practice i would of thought

Cant fish with Tigers.....slap on the wrist from the last time......however rules also state you can’t fish with chickpeas either, whether this has changed since the filming of this or whether Danny likes pissing off the owner I don’t know but clearly it’ll need another change of approach if they return 😂🤣

Tht missed surface bite early on was your own fault - strike towards the fish i. That case to the right not away from it to the left you pulled the bait out its mouth. Pretty basic knowledge 🙈
