This is the first time I ever heard of the triple double or Simone Biles, and of course I wanted to know what was so special about it, other than that it just looks amazing. Well, I watched it several times and I could only count two twists. I had to slow down the slow motion to one-fourth speed to finally see that she did three twists. She is either too good or I am just getting old. Or both 🤣

Can someone explain to me how they come up with the COP? Like i feel like it is very subjective, like how can they rate how difficult a skill is if only 1 person is doing it? And also, some skills (like forward tumbling) may be easier for some gymnasts but more difficult for others, so how do they grade that?
not her best performance, still the best in the world. i hope finals goes better for her!! id love to see her get a score in the 15s where she belongs!
