So I guess I'm the only one that didn't have a good experience with this playlist. It is relaxing, but I don't like how the sounds repeat throughout. It made me feel that I was trapped in an endless loop during my treatment and completely ruined it.

Music is CRITICAL to this treatment. Choosing the wrong music can severely alter the outcome. This is a perfect soundtrack.
