    Oh Maria, when you spoke about Joes work about changing, and manifesting i got to tell you that this helps and works, i have been working on this area in my life and the change it has for me is amazing. I recently moved in December, something i have been desired and using those tools of Joes and Tonys it actually worked.
    I needed and wanted to get out of the situation so bad but had fear in doing it.
    Well...ladies I FINALLY MET THAT NEW PERSON I MANIFESTED AND WANTED! Me! Oh hell yeah! I was that scared, fear driving and had no hope until i changed my way of thinking. The improvement now pays off, yeah at times it is scary but you dont fall back.
    When you spoke about young parents dealing with all of this isolation, teaching your own kids, i have to tell you my daughter had my grand daughter right when this shit broke out. Ive never had the opportunity to meet my new baby girl, for 1 year distance from both about killled me. My daughter and her husband went through hell dealing with it all, they are so strong both but last week they lost one of their best friends whom took his life, Maria, im not kidding you i never saw my daughter break down hard. So heartbroken i gave her the ideas, skills all of this great stuff i have learned from you both. She finally had a little hope peep from her eyes a heavy lift came off. Mothers are so connected to their daughters that while i manifested myself i had her little family included. Heal Squad Rules!!
    Hang in there everyone, we all can live happy and truly live life with gratitude, taking care of bodies then mentally it will happen!

    Thought are THINGS. Like attracts like. I love that you talked about *feeling" the situations you want. It's a good reminder to stay in a positive space about the life you want.

    Yes to calm app. I use it for same as Kels. Jay shetty, white noise, sleep stories. They also have 7 minute yoga movement daily.
