Views of Parga 1975

Description:
Parga is a seaside town in the prefecture of Preveza, in the region of Epirus in Greece.
The film begins with a picture of a road sign pointing in the direction of Parga and Igoumenitsa. On the route by car, at one point the road has been occupied by a herd. Panoramic views of the Ionian Sea and the surrounding mountains, the route continues in the lush landscape.
We arrive in Parga, in the port there are cafes and restaurants, boats and fishing boats, in the background the green island of Panagia. General view of the town which is built amphitheatrically on Pezovolos hill. Shots of restaurants and customers, a pier with boats and people walking and enjoying the view, another panoramic view of the small town.
Following is a shot from a high point of Pezovolos, where a young woman photographs the wonderful waters of the Ionian Sea and a general shot of the medieval Castle of Parga.
Shots through the Castle, recording the view of the whole settlement and the wonderful beach of Valtos.
