I am getting one of these on Saturday, ordering it from my local dealership, but having a hard time deciding on the SX Prestige in Sapphire Blue or the SX Prestige Hybrid in Snow Pearl White or Vesta Blue. Most the dealerships in my area don't have these and the ones they do they are marking up by $7,500 over MSRP, total BS, that's why I am ordering one.
How does one order online? You just build your car, and request a quote? Trying to get myself one as well, but the dealers around me aren't carrying the trim I'll like. Thank you
@@imtocrazy1 Well you would build one off Kia website then print it and take it to your dealership, tell them you wanna order it. Some dealerships can't order any because Kia is only letting them get a limited inventory and they are allocating them out. I just bought a SX Prestige in Sapphire Blue, luckily they had one at another dealership close by that had all the features on it so I buy it brand new!!

@@imtocrazy1 I highly doubt he paid MSRP. I just ordered a Wolf gray prestige with red interior just like this one and the only dealer I could find was charging $3500 mark up. Most are charging $5k to $7k, even if you order one and they say MSRP when you get to sign the paper work they will still slap on fees. Why? Because KIA will increase the price on these next year so dealers are paying the full MSRP for them and making their profit off of the mark ups just to stay afloat.
It’s just ugly. I know there are people out there that really like it, and that’s fine, it’s just kind of nauseating to me. It’s a bit like the carnival peanut/styrofoam candy. Yuck. To be fair though, I have not seen it in person.
I was in the same spot. It’s probably the spotlight effect, but Toyota did recalls with their engines catching fire too apparently and my honda has had so many problems
I have the sx prestige and the audio left a lot to be desired to be premium, nothing good is heard, the bass is very poor and I have it at maximum, very bad Harman Kardon
I don't think you can make a video like this without any communication. You need to explain what is happening, each button and why its pressed. I just don't get this video.
The power, for the most part is fine for me. I just went on a 1500 mile trip where 500 miles of it, had a speed limit of 80 MPH. No problems at that speed. I can see where you would need more power if passing on a 2 lane highway. Freeway and town, the power is fine.

@@timmerred5 its very beautiful! The color is Carmine red the camera really doesnt pick up the color here but , in person its a very bright leather.

It's a new 2.5-liter 4-cylinder engine with new 8 speed automatic. Can't really compare it with previous ones.

No wireless charging, no wireless apple play common kia this car is too fancy not to have those features.
It does have wireless charging also has fast charging outlets on the back of both front seats and Apple or Android auto.

The hev has 227hp and the phev has 261hp
