Most of PLG's products are made with full-grain leather and he picked a pair of nubuck boots to review and questioned the thickness of the leather and such. The motive was questionable. I bought mine $100 or less and never imagined them to be $300-$500 boots, people keep bring this up because he talked about it. Also, since he published his review, my comment area has been hit by bots that recommending Thursday boots and trashing PLG, making me questioning his review even more.

I think he was more critical esp founder Curtis Matsko and how Portland Leather is advertising their boot products is better than everyone else $300-$500, personally never seen this adertisement. You do have a point you're getting what you paid for $100-$200 price range. You're not sponsored by them maybe you can give your opinion on his comment section.
I think Curtis definitely put a target on his back when he promoting their yearly revenue lol. I haven't seen those advertisement either, and I said the video was a little misleading because some clips he showed were from some random social media users making claims, those didn't look like they came from PLG officially. I don't want to make myself a target on this channel 😂 my comment area already spammed by many of his viewers or bots from just sharing my personal, real life experience on my own channel. I don't get technical because it can be the best material but if it is not comfortable, it is pointless. I much rather watch videos from people who share their real life experience. Also, let's face it, probably 90% of the products out there are not up to his "standard."
im a size 10 TTS on a brannock device. I wear 10.5 in my adidas Ultraboost, yeezys (i have barely a wider foot. I bought this SAME exact boot and got it 10.5 and it's great. Just enough room, you dont want them tight in the toes. You want room. They fit great!

Even the non goodyear welted shoes can be resole if you know where. I paid less than $100, where do you suggest me to get a pair of Goodyear welted boots for less than $100?

They used to have it, but no longer doing that. The newer boots are actually more comfortable even without Goodyear welted construction
