I enjoyed your detailed review, especially like how you explained how to get the CON-70 filled up. Subscribed !
I really appreciate it! Glad you liked it!
I love my Custom Heritage 92 pens.
I've been tempted to pick one up just because I love my C74 so much. Alas, maybe one day!
It has been eons since I have had a fountain pen. I ordered one yesterday to use with my journal. I think with computers we lose our handwriting skills and want to keep proficient in them. I can't let that happen or the spirits of those Catholic nuns I had in grade school won't let me rest.
I love it! And handwriting is so valuable. Scientifically it provides better memory retention, therapeutic benefits, and so on, but I also love the fact that it allows people to connect in some physical way in this digital era (I've found I really enjoy having pen pals). Hope you enjoy your new acquisition!
Huh when I tried it for me it was kinda hard vs Falcon and other nibs
That's fair, it's probably not going to be for absolutely everyone. The Falcon is made with a nib specifically designed to flex, so of course it's going to be more bouncy and have line variation. For me, what sets the C74 apart from other pens is the smooth slightly bouncy nib feel, quality converter that's the best in my book, and the quality build of the pen (thick plastic, good weight, solid balance, etc.)
