But what's unclear to me so far, is the benefit of a sketch, when you already have a model, done in sketchup or something else. What's the purpose of doing a sketch then? Doesn't the model make the sketch superfluous?
I personally learned it the way, where u do your sketch first, and then make the model out of it. But whats the reason for doing it the other way around? And how do you create the model then?

There’s something special about a drawing that a model can never convey. There’s a special place for it.
Do you have a video where you explain exporting a file from Sketchup and opening it in Procreate? Do you use Sketchup on the iPad? Thank you.

Hi! Can I use procreate to edit my plans, sections and elevations for my architecture portfolio? Just like you would do in photoshop?
Sure! But to a certain degree. It has many Photoshop-like features.
