I think that the i7-3770 is definitely the best option for this PC, along with a Radeon RX6400, that GPU is a beast of a cheap GPU, especially for gaming.
Also, that UEFI BIOS on this machine is AMI Aptio IV. It can easily be modified to support a PCIE SSD.

Thanks for the tips. I was looking at the GeForce GTX 1050 Ti, but if that Radeon card is better, I'll consider it instead. Whatever the best video card that doesn't require additional power is.

@@TheComputerGuy96 I actually own a 1050 ti also, I've put it against the RX6400 to duke it out and see which GPU preforms better, and it seems that the radeon won. Its using the latest Navi 24 core and GDDR6 VRAM so I think the 1050 ti may be out numbered here. uses less power too.

@@victorfigueroa9385 Getting very late to the party, but the RX 6400 has 4 pcie lanes. So that card might be actually ok for a pcie 4.0 system, but on a pcie 3.0 system, you are looking at a big performance drop, because of the missing lanes.
Pcie 4.0 x4 has 8gb/s but, because you have only 4 lanes and each lane is downgraded to pcie 3.0 speed you are looking at about 4gb/s bandwidth...
So, yeah, for me, a no go for rx 6400, especially on pcie 3.0... maybe a gtx 1650 or 1660 would be ok
