Sounds like you need to teach your buddy Kyle how to set the hook! But great fish!

He’ll get there. With a little practice and a little luck, anything is possible.

    Liked and subscribed (long ago).
You have that whole river down pretty well. I can’t seem to figure it out. I do well all over the state but not that river. Any resources you can forward that might help change that, especially during the colder months? I’d appreciate it. And great video and spectacular fish. Keep it up. Thanks Tim.

I’m gonna do a tying video on a blood midge that seems to kill it year round there but especially in the fall and winter. Thanks for your loyal viewership. I appreciate you. -Tim

Awesome. I’d also love to see the rig you put that on, unless it forces you to divulge any top secret info. Thanks.

@@seanaudi13 that’s a good idea for a quick video. I get a lot of requests for rig set up. It’s about time I put something together.

Hey longtime subscriber and what nice fish! I’m planning on fishing well south of where you are but in the same state, within the next few weeks. Would you recommend i wait as far as planning? Im driving from Santa Fe, so id be into the Conejos river Valley. Thanks-matt..
You slay the blood midge man, I’ve 30:02 30:02 seen you catch monster browns on that!

@mattier3030 thanks for your longtime viewership I really appreciate it. The only advise I have is to keep a close eye on the river flows and log onto local fly shops websites for fishing updates. Here's a link to Colorado river flows. The flows are updated every 15 minutes.

Great fish. Thanks for the videos.
Ask Stu about coming south sometime and fishing our family property. Also, what reel blew up… try and avoid that brand, lol.

Thank you. I'm grateful you enjoy the videos. As for the reel, it was an old family hand-me-down. Was on it's last leg. I'm not sure the brand. -Tim
