Great question! As far as I know, there’s no service for this. Your best bet is to take the finished video into something like Descript and export the audio separately.

I'm having to verify my identity in the advanced settings in youtube studio. i chose to use my ID and the confrmation takes up to 24 hours. once confirmed then i can submitt my RSS feed
