    All killer outfits, congratulations! My favorite is the off white dinner jacket (tuxedo) which reminds me of my own years ago when I wed, move over Brad, I beat you to it! LOL.

    I'm so glad I just found your channel! This is such a clean, straightforward, and clear video format. I love your style and use of examples as you are talking. Your videos are the perfect balance of elegance and to the point. A subscription has been given and I look forward to your next videos! Would love to see a video on what to know for your first bespoke suit or what to consider for suit fabrics.

      Thanks, Ryan. I appreciate the feedback, subscribe and I will surely cover topics like fabrics when choosing your first bespoke suit. I'm thinking of comparing a high twist 100% wool vs. a 100% linen bespoke suit, thoughts?

      @@Justin_Kwan That’s perfect. I think it is overwhelming for someone getting into it to know what they’re looking for. There’s so many fabrics and also fabric providers to know. You even mentioned the weight of fabric. Breaking all that down in an aesthetic and digestible way would I think be super useful! Can’t wait for what’s to come!

    i never understood the white dinner jacket. As you mentioned in the video, it looks way too similar to a waiter handing out champagne, especially when paired with black trousers.

    • @Justin_Kwan
      @Justin_Kwan  5 месяцев назад +1

      Yes, thats a major concern depending on the venue's staff and what they wear. Check ahead--I can guarantee most couples book the venue several months in advance where most gentlemen get their suits a month or two in advance.

    Can you wear a Wool jacket in hot weather? Should it not be a Viscose or cotton material?

    • @Justin_Kwan
      @Justin_Kwan  7 месяцев назад +1

      absolutely! I find a light 250g high twist wool will be much more bearable and breathable than a cotton jacket in hot weather due to the open weave of high twisted wool.

    Thanks for the recommendations! For the rustic ensemble, any recommendations for a dark brown linen suit that doesn't break the bank?

    • @Justin_Kwan
      @Justin_Kwan  7 месяцев назад

      If you have access to a tailor shop, ask for Irish linen, this is going to be a bit more substantial in weight, so it will have a cleaner drape and wont look too wrinkly or sloppy. Ask if they have Baird McNutt linen, which is a mill that has pretty good price/value, they even make Irish linens for some of the more well known merchants that tack on a higher price due to their brand name.

    Is the "banquet Wedding" suit showned in this video the "Alfred Brown Dark Grey Four Season" for sale at your website, priciple m? I'm very interested in that option. Thank you so much!

    • @Justin_Kwan
      @Justin_Kwan  Год назад +1

      Hi Joao, the banquet wedding suit I'm wearing is different than the Alfred Brown Dark Grey suit. The one I'm wearing is a heavy calvary twill fabric. The main difference is it's about 25% heavier and best suited for the colder months and the twill gives off a slight sheen. The Alfred brown is a 4 season fabric, so it isn't too heavy nor light and has a nice crisp drape, for that clean look. The shades of grey are very similar. The other difference is in the design, the suit in the video has a peak lapel and a double breasted vest. The Alfred Brown suit has a notch lapel and the additional vest on the website is a single breasted design. If you have other questions about the design or have questions about the sizing, just shoot an email via the website and we will help you out.

    By the way, I’d actually rather get married in a good old dinner jacket than a white dress, but I’m a very small minority aren’t I
