A classic Hamonado Recipe from Rizal! | Chef Tatung

There's no special occasion today, but I think I deserve a dish with a festive flavor even on an ordinary day. After all, everyone deserves a treat after a long day!
You might initially mistake this dish for something else, but once you cook and taste it, you'll discover how the sweetness of the pineapple makes all the difference.
If you're looking for a family-friendly recipe to add to your collection, this Hamonado is definitely a must-try!
Ingredients:
Marinate
1 kg. Pork Menudo cut
1/4 cup Soy sauce
4 pcs. Laurel leaves
Oil, for sauteing
4 cloves Garlic, minced
1 pc. Onion, minced
Marinated pork
1/4 cup Vinegar
5 pcs. Hotdog
3 cups Pineapple juice
4 Tbsp. Sugar
1 pc. Red bell pepper
1/4 cup Pickled relish
1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp. Fish sauce
Season with black pepper
1 cup Fresh pineapple

Taga rizal ako pero hamonado namin e bawang sibuyas tapos yun pork/chicken. Papakuluan sya sa pineapple juice gang sa medyo matuyo, syempre lalagyan din mg hotdog at pineapple tidbits. Paits para sa pangtimpla at paminta

Yun oh! taga rizal ako pero version ni mama walang pickles, walang bell peppers tapos walang bread crumbs... pero nilalagyan nya ng keso para yun na rin yung pampalapot, gumagawa din kasi sya ng nakarolyo kaya kung ano yung nasa loob bilang palaman yun na rin nilalagay nya sa ganyang klase ng hamonado.
