I started taking care of many birds in my backyard, feeding them and providing a fresh bath every day.. they give me so much! Stopping throughout my busy day, and focusing on them is like a doorway to presence, joy, love, god! It’s as though their pure energy just pops inside of me for the moment. I feel I do carry this always on some level.. but obviously get distracted with the to do list, and life stress 😂
This is great. I agree with everything the other day a couple months ago I fell in love and I felt exactly that I felt like oh my God this is amazing. What’s inside of me that I can feel that and you think it’s the other person causing it, but I bet you’re right it’s already in us and we just love the person because we think They brought it out which they did but it’s still inside of us and also years ago when I was young, I took ecstasy when it was really good. Still, you just got it from psychiatrist and when I looked in the mirror while I was taking it, I kept saying this huge light coming out of my eyes and my face was just a big ball of light, I mean, huge strong light streamed out of my eyeballs, and I was marveling of who I really was, I did see it. That’s great and thank you so much for saying that.
