At most, the total number of casualties will be in the hundreds of thousands on both sides, and the limited number of powerful beings like magic users(Wizards, Mages, and Witches) and Apostles/Demigods would be attacking Uxas at the same time, and I think Rory Mercury The Reaper will not just damage Uxas, but kill him by beheading him, and the threat of Uxas would finally be defeated.
Depends on if he has the infinity stones, and how many. With all the stones, pretty sure Thanos beats them both easy. Being able to snap them out of existence is OP. But without stones, Thanos is a little puppy compared to Odin and Hela.
