Three Rules for Street Evangelism (Utah Evangelists)

Rule #1: Be in a healthy relationship with a local church.
Rule #2: Don't interrupt existing conversations out of excitement and exuberance, but allow the person who started the conversation to carry it forward.
Rule #3: Don't pander to the lost by reviling or slandering other believers.
