Great lecture! Thank you very much. I liked that it was concise, logical, and straight to the point. I am going to watch it again sometime. As a suggestion, please try including more images. And also, I would absolutely love to see a "sign out with the professor" type of video with Dr. Parra-Herran! That would be amazing. Please consider such a GynPath slide seminar! Thank you!
Congrats on the negative result... I know how amazing that feels, I had about 4 positive clops. So positive for HPV and precancerous cells for over 2 years. I've been negative for 3 years now. I hope yours continues staying negative.#drodia 🥰🥰🥰🥰
Question: what does Endometrial curettings. Step sections show fragments of endometrium with tubular glands and occasional mitotic figures. A few fragments with spindled stroma are also present, and many of the glands are devoid of surrounding stroma mean ? In the most basic terms please anyone help thank you
An additionnal note: My cases of endometrial hyperplasia are usually diffuse, as most of the hyperplastic processes are. How can we compare it with the hyperplastic glands? My samplings rarely, if ever, bring me normal endometrium in cases of endometrial hyperplasia...
This video is not very good at all... sometimes there is an overlap of two people talking so i cannot hear or understand what is being said and sometimes the audio cuts out completely and I cant hear anything. It sucks because I got results back and it says normal but says something about Benign proliferative endometrium. Doesnt sound so bad maybe but i have so many problems and i am not getting an answer! I bleed inbetween periods, i have very heavy periods, i am in a lot of pain (actually threw up before), i cant get pregnant again, i have weight gain, hair loss, and irregular periods all the time. I never know when im going to start and i keep track of my periods on a period calendar app because of my problems. Doctors are not finding anything and its frustrating. They always say things are normal... and now i cant even get some kind of explanation from this. Ugh
The differences between non-atypical and atypical endometrial hyperplasia are confusing to me: I can't imagine atypical hyperplasia without crowding, as for as non-atypical hyperplasia does have it!! How could non-atypical hyperplasia progress to adenoca loosing the crowded pattern? As I said, it is tottally non-sense for me.
There is glandular confluence in the slide showing an example of atypical hyperplasia, indeed!! And in box do the left you read:no confluence or complex architecture! Non-sense!

Realy useful! Thanks!
Thoughts on biopsy results showing weakly proliferative endometrium with stromal and glandular breakdown in 30 year old patient with MsH1 mutation?
thanks for the awesome lecture, Dr. Parra-Herran :)

Overlap of voices from 5 minutes onwards
It stops after about 6 minutes of that.
Skip to the 6 minute mark to avoid the crazy audio feedback
Also, such a great talk - thank you!!!
wish i had gotten to this comment earlier 😂

Why the rudeness?
@@rabiataseer8369 Excuse me
Very bad speaking fashion. So much “aah” in every few words. Is this possible a kind of speech deficiency? How can one correct this pattern in speech?
Endometrial biopsies are such a mess. Most of them are inadequate.
