My god Mr Parish, Rules of photography always have power lol. Buy yourself a liittle 240 Jackery keep mainly for your dinghy and if you do use it for something different make sure you put it back. I cary 1000w Jackery . I am 5ft4 and weigh a paper bag so this Jackery helps with weight at the front to. Your a fanboy like me of Donnie Wilcox. well my Jackery will last a week camping on remote islands. my iPad Pro I could charge over 20 times and still charge my iPhone every day, look for a second hand one. A guy in Northern Boats and SIBS was exceptionally lucky he got one in Liverpool for £400 used twice and gave up motorhoming. I very much doubt you would get one that cheap off FB market but he was lucky. Look into small portably power. You will always have power for vhf.phone,fishfinder. everything you carry. its one of my first things on my list to go. if its a GoPro you use it will charge while using. anyway good look with your fishing lol Ray K UK. YNWA.

Can you order the transom wheels from the Manufacturer and are they easy to fold up and down or do you have to take them off manually and do the same putting them in the upright position before you start motor and get going? If they are supplied do you have to assemble yourself or are they already attached to the transom? Is the boat after deflated, easily put back into supplied bag. Some inflatables supplied bags aren't big enough and it's very difficult to get boat back into the bag. Hopefully there's lots of room and easy to pack up. Will be putting boat, motor and gear into a small SUV, Subaru Crosstrek XV. Thanks for your video

The wheels can be brought from the manufacturer but they are a little flimsy - Pacermarine sell some which are better.
They are a bit fiddly to use but totally worth it as without them it would be impossible for one person to use the boat.
They are supplied as a kit and you have to fit them yourself although some suppliers might install them for you for a price.
Originally the boat come packed in the bag along with the oars, the seat and the footpump. I find that if I store the oars, seat and pump separately it is very easy to get the boat back in the bag and it is lighter to carry (the seat is very heavy for what it is) this also makes it easier to get in the car.
I used to pack all of this into a three door Toyota Yaris so you should be fine!

    Hello,
Did you try the top speed with another person in the boat. I'm looking on the market for the same configuration honwave t38ie + 9.9 mercury or tohatsu. Your
    help will be highly appreciated

We topped out around 12 knots 2 up. I am a big guy, so you might manage more with smaller people. The most I ever got out of the 9:9 was 15knots.
I have a 20hp now and have managed 23 knots.

@@mimiselphani Thank you Chris, the main reason I am looking for a 9.9 is because of weight. The 15 and 20 are about 10kg more, but of course 20 is best

Engine weight is a real issue. My 20hp is only 6kg heavier than my old 9.9. The big jump is around 6hp when you move from a single cylinder to two cylinders.
I have run this boat with a 1984 9.9hp Johnson 2 stroke which is under 30kg and it went well, but being a 2 stroke it was loud and drank fuel.
The mercury and Tohatsu engines are good, but the new tiller on the mercury adds several kg. Also remember that the weights they quote are always for the very lightest version and without any fluids (you will have half a kilo or so of oil as well)
I have tried lifting various engines and everything between 35 and 45 feels about the same to me, but as soon as you go over 45 it starts to get really heavy.
The secret is to lift the engine as little as possible. I store mine on a trolly so the only times I lift it are from the trolly to the car and then from the car to the boat. I never carry it more than a couple of steps.

Hi, great video. Do you have any ripple effect on the floor on certain speeds? I am in two minds of getting this boat

Great video, im in the midlandsa but thinking of the same boat as yours to use as a bit of fun coastal cruising with my daughter . I have a pretty small car, would you recommend for 2 up ? cheers

I used to get all of this in a 3 door Toyota Yaris, so with some determination you will find a way to make it fit.
The Honwave is a great boat but they have been having some quality control issues lately with the floors - they are not straight. If you get a good one they are awesome boats.
Take a look at excel-inflatables as well.

I am using a Railblaza rod holder fastening to the transom with a Railblaza sideport.
It’s not cheap but it’s really good. I now have one on both sides.
