For any people in the comments asking for help, this is what worked for me. The whole reason I made this video is because there were literally zero helpful guides anywhere to help me fix my issue when I found out how to fix mine I recorded this video to contribute to the Synapse community. I dont get why ppl tell that Razer Products are trash and overpriced... I bought myself a Razer Kraken Pro Headphones in 2016 and they still work good and i think it was a fair price in my opinion since they work perfectly and i never had any problems or issues with it. I also bought Razer Deathadder V2 and Razer Ornata V2 this year and my gaming skills only increased. Ik they're abit expensive but its tottaly worth it :)!

@@WalrusWinking In Windows 10, after you think you install and it says Failed To Start, go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features and then find and select Razer Synapse icon and right click it then select Change and click it. Fixed my problem it may fix yours also. Hope this helps
