Haha! Okay first of all, the "Meanwhile... Jerry" is so perfectly delivered. Loved it. Also, it's very relatable to almost start the video by talking too casually. Like to old friends, while forgetting that there might be new people. But it's that casual feeling that is so comfortable here.
One of the things I love about any fight that Rick gets into is his, endless, array of gadgets and weapons. And you never see him use the same one twice, except for his personal blaster pistol. It makes sense for him, as his whole thing is about being the smartest person, and he's smart enough to know that in a fight, having a counter to anything is essential, but so is being unpredictable. He never uses the same device so his enemies can't study his fighting style and figure out a pattern.
By the way: that South Park joke was great because an episode of South Park is only made in two weeks while a Rick and Morty episode takes around a year.

In philosophy a little bit of not caring can be a good thing. Not at the level Rick is at obviously because that level of not caring usually leads to misery especially in real life where you can't teleport all your problems away. However, SOME not caring can lead to innovation and growth because some of the chains that hold you back are lifted.
