this formulation is base on industrial purpose with a shelf life 12 month and above..

Aloe Vera200x:
Aloe Vera 200X Powder is carefully processed from the inner fillet of the aloe leaf. ... Further processed to remove pulp and fiber, the aloe gel is pasteurized and concentrated utilizing low temperature evaporation. The gel is then freeze dried to produce a product without additional additives or preservatives.
in formula of 100mg, using 0.5g of aloe vera200x is equal to 99.9% concentrated as pure Aloe Vera.
Here are the formulation in 200gm/200ml:
1g Aloe Vera200x
190g Distiller Water
1g Carbomer powder
4g Glycerin USP (humectant)
2g Butylene Glycol (humectant)-optional
1g preservative (eg.Liquid Germall Plus)
1g Triethanolamine (Nuetralizer)
Preparation time est.:
5-15 minutes
Tips: Stir well the carbomer until clear and dehydrated. u can also use stick blender if making in a large badge. Please take noted that the white solution is not opaque, it contain a lot of small bubble during stirring process, do not worry as tHe bubble will disappear after a few minutes.

It's a mathematical impossibility to add all those other ingredients and still be 99.9% aloe vera.

Of course you can use both

Iscaguard peg is the trade name..the inci name is phenoxyethanol and glycerine. Should be no prob. Just follow the recommendedhsage ratio

Yes dear. Butylene glycol is optional. Increase the glycerin is ok but not too much will to moist later

Ya perlukan emulsifying agen utk elak separation dan larutan menjadi keroh kerana air dan minyak tidak boleh dicampur. Boleh guna Peg 40 hydrogenated castor oil atau polysorbate t80

what about using fresh aloe vera not the powder form?
Fresh can be used if you're doing it for (home purposes) but the Powder form is what we use when selling it on the market/ industry... P.S the powered one has gone through the pasteurized process

Yes can it can long last up to 12 month
