Congrats to your milestone!! You do awesome work! I have one quick question though. Do u ever fear getting a chair with bed bugs? It is a real issues with second hand things. Is there something that you look for or how do u inspect it to make sure it does not have bedbugs?

Yours was the first furniture flipping channel I subscribed to. I joined in February of 2021 when I decided to retire from my position as a middle school secretary after 27 years. I knew that I needed to find another passion to keep me busy and I’ve always loved woodworking and making old things new again. I was so inspired by your work and goal to pay off your student loan debt! You have such a great personality and eye for what colors and techniques work best for specific pieces. I binged all of your posts and have been collecting and working on flips since summer. I’m so happy you are able to make a living doing what you love.
I would really love to win any of your very generous giveaways but the SurfPrep package would really help me work more efficiently while saving my arthritic hands.
You both are so stinkin’ cute!!! Thanks for sharing you lives with us.

I have been subscribed for 8 months. Best decision ever!! I subscribed bc you are such a great teacher and help me so much in my flips. I am 15 years old and you have inspired me to do many furniture flips which have all turned out amazing. I would love and use all the giveaway items, but especially the surf prep sander.

I subbed when you were still a kindergarten teacher, trying to pay off your student loan. I have watched the journey that both of you have embarked on, and your growth as individuals, as a couple, and as RUclipsrs, and have encouraged me and have taught me along the way. My husband I have moved from NY to NC, and rather than buy all new furniture, I have begun re-doing our furniture. From our kitchen table set, to a buffet, to a desk set, and even buying furniture and repainting it to the color I wanted. Eventually, I would like to flip for profit, but right now I am focused on making our old furniture new again, rather than discarding. All of the give-away’s would help me on this journey, and I want to congratulate the two of you on your success, and I can’t wait to see your other channel have the same success!

Dear Lauren, thank you and CONGRATULATIONS to you and Nieman!!
    1) Why watch?
There are many reasons I began watching and a GAZILLION reasons I continue to watch. Happy to share more detail, but here's the skinny! 11 months ago (the double green velvet chair flips) I began watching and since then you've become a part of my everyday evening routine. Truly, ****you have become a part of my end of the day time to soothe and settle my brain****. Watching you has given me the inspiration, courage, and hope that I might transform, repurpose some of the pieces I inherited from my father - wood craftsman who built beautiful cabinetry and ginormous pieces or a style now out of date. Your clear, step by step instructions and encouraging words have truly been my path to freedom. (Not to mention the positive effects of your calming voice.) Two months ago I pulled one of these many pieces out, took it apart and transformed the bottom into an open liquor cabinet and now working on turning the top piece into a MCM cabinet with legs. Not only a burden lifted, but FUN and JOY INSTILLED, because of a FURNITURE FLIPPIN TEACHER! (Wanna come to NC to flip his largest piece?)
    2) Giveaway Wish?
While I'd enjoy, use, and be grateful for any and ALL of the fabulous giveaways, my # ONE ITEM is the SURF PREP SYSTEM (in fact I currently have $200 in my "kittie" towards this, because protecting my lungs is key to continuing this new love, joy and new found freedom! Most of what I've purchased in the last 11 months has been at your recommendation. I'm still gradually acquiring and learning to use dixie belle products and recently ordered the citrus BIG MAMA's BUTTA and BEST DANG BRUSH at your recommendation. And, I'm not the only one enjoying the POWERBUILT ROLLER SEAT - although my use of it has been limited to the uses you've modeled, my grands have found it makes for an AMAZING pretend pony!
    3) Subscribed?
Shame and truth telling here...and why you're so wise to keep reminding folks to make sure their subscribed...Although I've been watching for 11 ish months...since the flip of 2 matching velvet chairs - tested out by the buyers at the end of your driveway...I recently discovered I was not ACTUALLY subscribed! However, I've been redeemed and not only that, today I subscribed to Dixie Belle, Surf Pro, Cricut, and Graco.
This has been long, but I wanted to provide few of the many reasons I watch FURNITURE FLIPPIN TEACHER. SEE YOU ON THE FLIP SIDE with ONE MILLION SUBSCRIBERS!
    Best,
    Cheryl (aka Grams)

I love your channel and now have my daughter watching your flips with me. We find ourselves in thrift stores and at yard sales saying "I'd like to see what Lauren would do to this!" I have flipped pieces on and off since my girls were small but life got in the way and I couldn't follow that dream like I wanted so it has been on hold for years.
I came across your channel earlier this year and was extremely impressed by your work and your whole propose for starting. You are very motivational and it has been so enjoyable watching you grow the way you have in such a short time. You have definitely sparked the fire under that dream in me again and I am steadily working toward getting back to achieving it.
I celebrated right along with you when you reached your student debt goal. I shed a few tears (of happiness for you) when you left your life as a kindergarten teacher to pursue your dream and again when y'all found your home. It is refreshing to see the two of you share your dreams and set goals together. You both are such an inspiration 😇. I look forward to your videos and though I don't know you, I am so proud of your accomplishments.
All the giveaways are amazing but I've coveted the Serfprep since you first introduced it on your channel 😉
Thank you for sharing your dreams and experiences with us and congratulations on reaching this goal!!

I've been subscribed to your channel for about 3-4 months. I enjoy flipping furniture, but hadn't done it for years, until a few months ago when I had two night stands that needed a change. So I went on you tube to get ideas, and that's when I came upon your site. I subscribed because I like Lauren's calm voice as well as her presentation style, and I'm sure that being a teacher influences this. Her seriousness is teamed with her partner, Nieman's light and fun approach to their channel. Lauren enjoys what she is doing, and I've been inspired to revive my furniture flipping. This channel is my favorite furniture flipping channel. I like all the products, however having a paint sprayer would be helpful, but then again, so would the sander. Thank you for putting up a great channel.

I subscribed to your channel last spring. I became interested in learning how to paint furniture when my father passed away and we sold his house in Texas. For sentimental reasons, I couldn’t bring myself to part with most of his old furniture, so I brought it all home to Minnesota with the idea of updating it and using it in my own home. I also thought if I got good at it, I might try flipping furniture too. I found your channel while searching for how-to videos, and I have been watching you ever since! I really love your story. You’ve been inspiring to watch as you have expanded from your parent’s garage to your own shop. I love how you’ve grown by trying new things and introducing new products and techniques. I especially love your French provincial flips lately - beautiful colors. You and Neiman are SO fun to watch - engaging and positive. It’s a great formula. I have been trying to gather up painting supplies and tools for a while now. I have purchased Dixie Belle paint, brushes, and a Flexio paint sprayer already. I would really LOVE to win the SurfPrep sander. It looks amazing and now that I’ve seen it in action nothing else will do. It’s the last thing I will need to really get me started. Congratulations on reaching 100k subscribers! Keep up the good work.

I think I came across your channel about 3 months after you got started. I wanted to work with wood and began buying tools. I needed to learn how to use them,so I became a RUclips surfer. You caught my eye flipping furniture because you used tools on some of the pieces, and made money. Wow, I've enjoyed your channel since. You are easy to understand and I found out that I love taking outdated furniture and making it new again. I haven't flipped very many pieces because my friends and family saw my work and took what I made over. I love the painting, the sanding and the repair. You got me hooked on a passion I didn't know I had. I have wanted a surfprep for a while thinking it would help with the mess I make and my allergies but even then, any of the prizes will fit into my new love. 🤗

This give away is amazing. I found you back in February. I’m a crafter/creator. Like so many of us who create it serves as a kind of therapy and release from the struggles and daily stresses. Color has always bee n my forte . Sewing, quilting, beading, cards…whatever. I inherited several lovely pieces of furniture but they need some sprucing up …Lauren to the rescue. You’re not afraid to work hard. A wonderful work ethic is more difficult to find these days so props to your parents for instilling that in you. Cricut would be my #1 and the Sprayer would be #2. Our barn is about due for a new coat of paint and anything to speed up the process would be fabulous. Love you guys and thanks for sharing yourselves with so many. 💕

Cool! Question, tho: It looks to me like removing the skirt leaves unsightly staple holes & such. I saw another furniture flipper trim and then turn the skirts under instead of removing entirely. Then, she stapled the cut edges to the under side of the chair where the staples and raw edges wouldn't show. What is reason behind removing the skirt vs folding it under & trimming the excess?

    • @beebuzz959

Most people who buy them don't seem to mind, and Lauren even has a video where she tried that, deciding she prefers the removal method.
As for me, I much prefer to turn it under though, even for safety, as I've had staples fly into my eyes when I tried pulling them out. Fortunately I had glasses on! I think if you're going to pry out nails, use protection!

    • I have been watching you and enjoying your videos since before you paid off your student loan and quit teaching.
    • I subscribed to your channel because I enjoy how you explain the different techniques and processes you take in refinishing and your reasoning for what and how you do things. You always talk directly to us, and you are so sincere and down to Earth…and that is so welcoming. You are “still teaching”! ♥️🤗
    • If I won, I would love the SerfPrep system, as I want to refinish a “new to me” bedroom set, but it has a lot of detail that needs sanding, and the sander my husband has is large, round and very heavy. I know it cannot get into the small areas like the Serf Prep can. Watching you use the SerfPrep system all this time, looks just like what I need to refinish my “Dream Bedroom” set. Thanks for your time and keep doing what you are doing! 🤗♥️

I subscribed around the beginning of your channel, before you paid off your student loans. And THAT is why I subscribed. We are Dave Ramsey followers and your reason for Furniture Flipping Teacher was not for gain but to get out of debt. And now that you have, you’re blessing other teachers with your proceeds. You’re giving back to your community.
If I were to be drawn, Cricut is my #1 choice, but I’d be happy with anything.

As a furniture artist myself, I'm always interested in how others' remaking process works. I like to take things that are deemed no longer useful or even unlovable and give them a second chance at life. When we throw things like that away, we have to remember that there is no 'away.' Truthfully, though, I was double intrigued that you used your proceeds to pay down your student debt and that was why I subscribed in the first place - to cheer you on LOL! Anyway, I'd be so grateful to win any of the items, but as someone who struggles from a permanent spine injury, the hardest part of furniture remaking is sanding, so ... that SurfPrep would be everything. Keep up the awesome work!

Congratulations on 100,000 (and counting) subscribers! I want you to know that I have been with you from the very 1st video. I will never forget that I was about to turn off that video, but decided to "give you a chance" and continued coming back each time you dropped a spot. So here I am, almost 1 year in, and I feel like both of you (Lauren and Neman) are my "RUclips kids". I cheer you on every time that I tune in, and I actually feel like I have been on this incredible adventure right along with you!! As far as the "Give Away" goes each product is absolutely fabulous. I have been using Dixie Belle Paint for a couple of years now, so I know from experience just how wonderful that paint is. I have a Cricut Explore 3 that I just can't keep my hands off of as well. Been wanting to try the Melange paint - so I wouldn't mind being the one you choose. I have to tell you though, I drool every time that I see you using the SurfPrep Sander, hoping and praying to get one someday. But what I really want, if I should be one of the lucky ones in this "Give Away" is that awesome Graco Paint Sprayer. Being able to spray my pieces without the loud compressor drowning out my thoughts would be pure heaven. Anyway, I hope that you kids only get better and better with your channel. Be sure that I will always be there watching. I am so glad that I stuck with you on the "Flip Side"! Love, Teresa from New Jersey

Thank you! I’ve been watching your channel since about day one. I’m an Art Therapist and love DIY. I started gathering furniture pieces to flip and supplies, like brushes and paint. I keep watching tutorials too but haven’t started yet, still! I had a breast cancer diagnosis in early 2020 and several surgeries followed so I have been completely focused on health and recovery. I’m doing physical therapy now and improving every day (and Thank God, cancer-free since a right mastectomy). I just have one more reconstruction revision surgery in Feb but hope to get back to life and being creative after that. My goal is to start a part-time private practice again in the spring and to paint and flip furniture on the side, just because I love ir. Any of the giveaways would be cool, but I’m thinking the sander would help a lot along with the sprayer. And I always love paint! I’ve never used a Cricut before but I’m into anything that’s creative. Congrats! I also enjoyed seeing both of you this time. :)

I found you guys just a few months ago. I have always enjoyed furniture flipping. I love watching it, i love doing it. I first was interested from a show i use to watch with my grandmother, called flea market flip. My grandma and I have seen every episode. We actually flip furniture together. Like dressers, nightstands, lots of lamps and tables. Its just something we do for fun. We love thrifting for pieces or finding them before they get dumped. My grandma lives 2 hours away from me and I’m now 22 years old. We live in florida and honestly, my grandma loves cricut. Everything cricut. She does not have one of her own, but i do. I take it with me every time i visit her. I would love the graco giveaway though, we actually do not have a sprayer yet. Any of these giveaways would be very helpful and such a blessing to us. I enjoy your channel so much. And my favorite thing about the way you flip these chairs, you preserve their beauty. They’re so unique, you have to know that whoever receives them, is the correct person. Fabulous job & congrats on 100k

How I love watching Lauren and Neiman! You are so fun to watch. You feel like family to me. I started watching before your student debt was paid off. I could use any of the prizes but I would love the surf prep sander. Why the sander? I do everything in my garage beside a bass tracker boat. My boat, floats, life jackets, etc are covered in dust from sanding. A surf prep sander would make my husband happy and his boat cleaner. Keep smiling and laughing and I’ll watch forever. Thanks.

I found FFT back in May, right after I graduated from college. Due to Covid, I was forced to move back home and was completely lost in what I wanted to do job-wise postgrad. I saw FFT stumble across my page one day, and was immediately hooked on the possibility of furniture flipping. Since then, I’ve spent just about every day of the past six months in my parents’ garage practicing and experimenting with everything I’ve learned from Lauren. I’ve invested in a heavy-duty air compressor/spray gun, and several other tools, in hopes that with a little more time and practice, I can turn this into a full-time job and get my own space. I always found comfort in Lauren’s videos, seeing that there is someone just like me, turning to a more non-traditional, creative job (and is still able to pay off their student loan debt!). The surf-prep sander has been on the top of my want list for months now, and I know it will help take my work to the next level (Dixie Belle would be great as well). Thank you both for your amazing work and congrats on 100k!

I started watching last winter, you were still paying off your loan debt. It's great you are helping other teachers with your donations! I was impressed by your style of "teaching",clear but not dumbed down. I was just starting out with furniture restoration. Since then I have become a regular Melange customer, have learned to upholster furniture and have upgraded my booth at our local vintage/antique store. I have been working with the owners and revamping some pieces they have that haven't been selling in exchange for booth rental for a second booth. The proceeds from that booth are donated directly to a local hospice home. I am working full time as a Hospice nurse and do this on the side.
Giveaways: Melange, Surf Prep, Cricut, Dixibelle.

My wish for all four of them is to be happy in whatever they chose to do and have a college degree. I started flipping February 2021and by watching you and others like you I have learned so much! What I like about you is you teach that it can be done without all the fancy gadgets and you’re very encouraging to people who are just starting out. In flipping I found that I enjoy making something beautiful again and it’s something I love doing. I can’t afford the surf sander so that would be nice and also I primarily use Dixie Belle products so that would be nice too. All the giveaways are things a beginner or any furniture flipper would appreciate so to tell you the truth I would be grateful for any of the 5 😌 Keep up the good work you two!!

I got into reselling a couple years ago, home goods and clothing, but stopped due to the time it takes away from home to source. I have time to work on projects at home, but limited time I can be away from home. Since then my wife got into reselling and I have been looking for something I could do that didn't require the time it takes away from home to source for reselling. About a month ago I found your videos and decided furniture flipping fit the time challenge , picking up a couple pieces of furniture doesn't take all that much time, and the return per item is much higher than a pair of jeans. I have subscribed to a handful of the furniture flippers, but you were the first. Your openness, honesty, and simple clear instructions are great! The Graco and SurfPrep would be amazing, though I wouldn't turn down the chance to experiment with different paints! Keep up the great work and quality videos!

I have been subscribed since the beginning. I was contemplating retiring from nursing but was having difficulty making the final decision. After watching you I decided to retire and refurbish furniture. When you resigned from your teaching position, it really helped me to have enough self confidence to dig in and start my little business. I am so happy I did. I have competed and sold quite a few pieces including dressers, end tables, night stands and my favorite - jewelry boxes. I have had several jewelry boxes sell on consignment. I sincerely thank you for all the teachings and inspiration you have provided. I really appreciate all you do and enjoy watching the two of you. Of all the giveaway items, I choose the Dixie Belle gift card for $100.00 as being my first choice. Thank you for all you do.

I just subscribed to your channel recently, but I’ve been watching since July! In July I found diy wife’s channel and got inspired to flip furniture for a new bed set for our master bedroom. I started by flipping our old bed set for practice and then to sell. Now I’ve don’t about 10 projects and I’m loving every minute. I’m a stay at home mom and this would help boost our income if I’m able to do some flipping work during nap time. One of the second videos I saw on your channel was your chair flipping video, and thought “I can do that!” Then i binged watched a ton of your videos! Your channel introduced me to the surf prep sander and I’ve longed for one ever since. The foam pads look amazing because I’ve done some curvy projects and all my sanding on the curves were done by hand. Definitely see the value in a great sander! Thanks for creating great content!

Hi Lauren. I started my flipping furniture journey sometime around March. Being a first time mommy to my beautiful son. I wanted to be able to spend as much time with him but yet provide some sort of income. I came across your page shortly after. I was trying to figure out how to paint without it looking like a 3 year old did it. Watching your videos inspired me and made me realize that there was potential in that market and also I would let out some creative steam. Lol. I then started seeing your success and it truly made me happy to see you doing so good. I was often jealous of all the good deals you found, since I could never find anything as good here in CA. Anyways I love watching your videos, they’re educational, fun and inspiring. If by any chance the universe is in my favor winning anything coming from you would be a blessing. Take care continue doing what you’re doing and I can’t wait to continue watching you grow and you deserve this much and more. ~Sandra💕

I've been watching you guys since last spring. I was getting ready to move to another state and being retired I needed additional income. Your channel was the first channel of it's kind I subscribed to. When you describe how and why you do what you do to furniture you flip it makes perfect sense and I would have made mistakes if not for your channel. I love that you two work together. My husband and I worked together for 31 years. 31 great years. I'm flipping and painting by myself now, but I know he's up there cheering me on! I would be honored to be chosen for any of the gifts. I am going to be spraying my kitchen cabinets, however, and the sprayer looks amazing. Thank you for all you guys do. I know it's a lot of work, but you make it fun to watch!

I've been watching your content for the past few months; however, I hit the subscribe button TODAY! I subscribed because I'm a loyal viewer; subscribing makes it easier to follow the great content you share. You bring us along your flips with practical information. You also flip with accessible materials that are budget friendly. I like when you try new things and give us your realistic perspective on what works and what doesn't. And finally, you're flipping for such a great reason - you're taking control of your student load debt. I love supporting your channel for these reasons. Thanks for sharing the brands you love with us. I can't pick just one or two of the give-away items. They're all amazing! Congratulations on 100,000 subscribers and good luck on your road to 1 million!!!!

Congratulations on your success! I first saw one of your videos on the Dixie Belle channel at the beginning of the summer 2021. I went looking for more and found your channel. I subscribed a short time after that and have since watched every video. I love that you are not afraid show how real life is. I have enjoyed watching you and Neiman beyond just flipping furniture. A little about me, I am a fellow clumsy person. I have a fulltime job but love to spend all of my free time working on craft projects. My "crafting" is everything from building a deck to home décor and all things in between. All of my projects are for personal use or gifts for family and friends. I use new projects as excuses to use new tools and learn new skills. I love the learning process! I think it is absolutely wonderful how honest and kind you are and that you give back in so many ways to the community. I think the SurfPrep would be a great tool to add to my tool bag but any of the things you are giving away would be great to use in my projects. Can't wait to see what the future holds for you!

I had two chairs like that in that orange shade you have there. I absolutely loved them and so did my pets. I had bought them from an elderly lady in the City who bought them new, never sat on them, and kept them covered in plastic. Personally, I liked the skirts because they were authentic to the period. And I liked the rocking / swivel pedestal. But I love how you updated those chairs. Awesome job on those flips. You guys are so cute and talented, have a really nice channel. God bless.

I found your channel in September 2021 when looking for a way to replace my 4am online teaching job. I had been watching your channel for a couple of weeks when I took my husband to our local thrift store to look for a small piece of furniture to flip. We walked in and there in the back were 2 pink velvet chairs and I stopped and tried to explain how you cleaned these chairs and flipped them. He didn’t believe me, so in the middle of the store I pulled up one of your chair videos and proceeded to have him watch the whole thing. We probably got some weird looks. It worked though and we walked out of the store with 2 pink velvet chairs for $24. I was so excited. We tore off the skirts, cleaned them, staged them and sold them individually for $160😀 For the last two months now we flipped 3 pieces of furniture and got 2 more chairs recently that we are working on. It has already helped our life by giving me a buffer so I don’t have to teach quite so early in the am! Thank you for all your videos, they are so instructive and encouraging. I hope you and family and blessed immensely for the help you’re providing for so many people trying to find a different venue for income! Thank you 🙏

So, I wanted to get into furniture flipping for quite a while. After 2020 steadily kicked my family's butt, I decided I had to dig deep and research so I could actually start flipping and bring home some bacon. I've been watching the channel since early 2021. I subscribed after the first video I watched because Lauren was such an inspiration. She explains things so calmly and even points out her mistakes. Anyone who can point out their mistakes and tell you how they fixed them is an awesome person in my book! I have learned SO MUCH from watching Lauren flip. I've thoroughly enjoyed watching Furniture Flipping Teacher grow. I have FINALLY started flipping. My first piece is awaiting two more top coats in my garage. I'd LOVE to win the surf prep system because, c'mon, who wouldn't? But, using an orbital sander can get a bit difficult (don't even get me started on my belt sander fiasco!), So a surf prep would be a lifesaver! I'm new in my flipping journey, so my tools are limited. But, sign me up for all of it! Every little bit helps in getting started in this journey!

I have loved you both since first watching back in Feb/March, made my covid days in Melbourne, Victoria, much more pleasant, with something to look forward to. I'm always interested in the salvage of at least some wood, but appreciate some items do look good painted. I have a few wood projects on the go so are always keen to see new tips and tricks to achieving high end results. The plan is to get into this business full time when I retire, in say 6 years. But I need to keep up with trends, and you are the people that help me do that. Seeing as I'm so far away I dont expect a give away but I'd like to say keep doing what you do, its great. I also turn wood and sew. With some of those chairs you could be better off stapling the skirts underneath, that way you dont see the original bright colour of the chair, and end up with a neat tucked under affair that looks like it was meant to be. Anyway...I babble on, keep doing your great stuff, I'll always be subscribed to pick up any new things you like to show :-D Love from Australia

Having four kids, I have picked up several pieces of furniture free or cheap. When you have a small hole in the back like the second one you showed, I would have taken a small chunk of fabric from the skirt you pulled off and just glued it in the hole. You can still show the repair and be upfront with your buyer, but I bet they will appreciate the quick fix. Another thing that I have done if they have arm covers out of the same fabric and I like everything else about the piece, I use the arm covers to make repairs. My neighbor once threw out her new couch because her cat had shredded the arms. I took the arm covers and covered the front of the arms and it looked like new. I had that couch for years. There are a lot of family pics that include that couch. Great videos!!

I subscribed during around this time last year. I believe you had just started your channel. I’m a teacher and your name really caught my attention. Then when I started watching you I was motivated by your cause. Watching you flip furniture to pay off your student loan debt gave me the desire to do something similar. I started flipping to help my daughter pay some of her college tuition so that she’s not in debt the way I was when I graduated. I’ve flipped a few pieces and have helped her with some of her tuition. I would or could use any of those prizes. I have a few pieces sitting in my garage waiting to be flipped (that will be happening this week since I get the week off). I have a mid century dresser and end table. I have to say, you guys are awesome! I've been a subscriber for several months now...thinking maybe back in the early summer when I stumbled upon you. You've been an inspiration. I have 2 developmentally delayed grandchildren out of 5 (yes 5 grandkids!) who light up my world...all of them do! Because the 2 of them usually require extra time and resources, I have been doing some furniture flipping for a little while now, not just to help them, but we use some profits to help the teachers get stuff for the kids and some of the parents too. You're energy has really been an inspiration to keep going and expand beyond my comfort zone in the things I do. Much like you, I try to help where I can with the special needs kids and the community of parents and teachers. It's not much, but it means a lot more if that makes sense! I guess you being a teacher (or former now) and starting from part time was the catalyst in me following you. Anyways, Congrats on 100K and keep up the good work! Oh...I guess if I had my druthers, maybe the surf prep would be great, but anything would be awesome as well. And if not chosen, an early Congrats to all who win! Stay Blessed!

Congratulations Lauren and Neiman. I have been watching your channel since you were still a kindergarten teacher. I started flipping furniture last March, using Dixie Belle chalk paints and products and general finishes gel stains. I subscribed the first time I watched your you tube Channel. I was very impressed at how well you demonstrated/walked through the process of what you were doing and how important each step was. I went to a local furniture flipping store and was told I could just paint over the old stain. I was told nothing about prepping the furniture first. So I started looking for other sources and came across your channel.

Hi! Loved this video! Congrats on reaching 100k subscribers. I enjoy repurposing discarded items and increasing their useful life. I salvage building materials, furniture, old rocks and stones from landscapes, plants, clothes, etc. My latest project is to repurpose a discarded sideboard and transform it into the mirror and semi-floating vanity for our powder room. I noticed your channel as you were repairing furniture and explaining how to repair and paint furniture. I liked that you seem to have recently started and your approach gives me courage that improving furniture can be done well with less effort using newer products. The Dixie Bell paint looks like it is really easy to use and the sander with the vacuum attachment has to obvious health and clean up benefits. I was blown away by the cordless paint sprayer. I do not like painting and have put off many accumulated projects because I don’t want to deal with the paint application. Then, when I saw that you were flipping furniture to pay down student debt, I was inspired because not only are you extending the life of items previously discarded, you are also improving your own financial situation. I find the mission of your channel to be inspiring. Can’t wait for the update video on how many chairs sold.

Lauren, I’ve only been teaching myself to flip furniture for the last couple 5 months or so. Not easy to do but I like being creative. I’ve been watching you for just a couple months and like you I am a teacher and my husband helps me flip by doing the heavy lifting. Lol.

I subscribed last February. I really enjoyed hearing your story of what you did and how you paid for your student loans. You explain things so well without explaining "down" to the viewer (gotta be the teacher in you!) and I honestly love how adorable you two are together. The team work, care and respect for each other's abilities makes every video even more enjoyable. Congrats on 100k!!

Wow, and congratulations on 100K. This is a testament to your teaching ability. We found you on you tube around june or july. We love the way you have approached this. So much common sence, not putting on airs or being too over the top. Just getting it done. You paid off your student debt and bought a truck in less tham a year. Well done. We are just starting out flipping, trying to supplement our retirement income. T
We older students owe you a big thankyou. Any one of your give-a-ways would be so nice.

I’ve been a subscriber for probably 5 months.
I loved how seamless you made flipping furniture looks. You’re very thorough and you give great advice. I’ve always wanted to flip furnitures, but was unsure how to start. You’re helping me get over my fears.
I would love the Graco, Dixie belle’s, Melange’s products. Surfprep sander

You inspire me and you make me feel calm, and you make me feel like I can actually do this period I am a 65 year old woman in Idaho a lot of things cabinets furniture that I need to refinish an update in my 1970s house . I love you two And feel like you're my family because I have watched probably 7 videos every night for the last 6 months. At least. I would be honored to actually win the surf prep because I have so many things I need to use that on and it would be a real blessing for me because I'm all by myself in Idaho and would like to begin updating my home which is not in very good shape. Thank you for all you do and you and neimn are absolutely the most fantastic sweetest people I have ever had the joy of watching On a RUclips channel! Thank you for your great sense of humor but most of all thank you for your exceedingly professional painting and your process. You both really care and you make the furniture look a 100 times better than it did when it was 1st made.

Congratulations on 100k! I have been watching you since December 2020 and I am hooked. My mom is also a fan. She enjoys watching your episodes because you explain the process and make it seem so easy. I have recently started flipping and would enjoy any of the giveaways. If I had to pick it would be the surf prep or the paint gun. Wishing you continued success

I starting watching your channel seven months ago. I'm retired and you two have inspired me to paint a 70's bedroom set I have in my guest room. Any product will be appreciated. Congratulations on all of your success.

I found your channel this summer and subscribed immediately. My family owned a furniture manufacturing company in Southwest Missouri and you even flipped a piece of our old furniture. Furniture is something I've worked with my entire life and I really enjoy watching you both.
