Do love the Tahoe area, I mean, who doesn't, but it can be quite challenging and we always reserve our time there for the Fall when the weather is still nice. Lower prices, and less people.

Yeah visiting Tahoe has become all about timing anymore, and yeah advance paid booking might help a lot.
