Thank You SO much for sharing this recording from Ram Dass. Not only does Hannuman live on whenever this story is told, but also Ram Dass as.we.get to hear him. 🙏💜
I love that when he mentions Hanuman may be present somewhere in the room tonight... he doesn't even suspect himself as absolutely the most likely candidate. Hanuman who reminds us God exists...
I've listened to this every night for a week and have no idea what actually happens because I fall asleep, in the best way, during the first 10 or 15 minutes
Thank you so much for sharing this. It’s eternal in so many ways. I can absolutely imagine playing this for my kids, as I introduce them to the mightiest Lord Hanuman! 🙏✨
Love ❤️ this lecture- love ❤️ you #ramdass ❤ Always dancing with you! You ease my pain and I’m so grateful for your Being -in form or without 28:31 form 🌹✨♥️🌈❤️🌈❤️🌈💕🎺🌸🌱🥳

This comment is to peacefully protest the gatekeeping of RD’s lectures. Common complaints as clarified by the community on the Ram Dass subreddit are as follows. Removal of content, privatizing/licensing out content, copyright striking others who post content without replacing what was removed or providing another means to access the content. Restriction of what is released, cutting and editing pieces of full lectures and not releasing the full lectures themselves. Putting a paywall in place that provides access to still limited content. Access to content is overall severely limited compared to just a year or two ago.
As a devout Hindu, I enjoyed the narration 🙏🏾 For us, this is beyond sacred! The mindless cackling laughter was cringe-worthy, but I guess that's what happens when you situate something worship worthy for you, into an alien milieu .
Part of me wonders now the reason why these characters don't exist anymore is because God destroyed them sort of like the kemets in Egypt . The overall story is God- the small stories are Humans the devil. Have any Indian explain why these characters do not exist anymore? Where did they go ? Why did the stories stop ?
I am from India and a devotee of Hanuman and I must say I find all the laughter very disrespectful. Please don’t make fun of something you don’t and can’t fully understand.
What a beautiful irony in this comment hahaha. We typically start conversation in the west by introducing our names, so maybe start there brother! On a serious note please reevaluate your priorities. If the thought of people sitting in a satsang and delighting in a wonderful story truly distress you, then maybe this might be more on you than on them. I also wasn't aware you had to be a dedicated devotee to delight in the story and praising of God. You just seem to be very identified with being holier than thou, at least thats how this comes across. I'll pray for you later with a smile on my face

47:45 Would the bridge built with the boon for floating rocks be Adam's bridge to Sri Lanka ?
It is the same bridge. The westerner's call it Adam's bridge but locally in the subcontinent it is called Ramsetu.
Great question!!!! I’ve been wondering this myself!!!🙏🏽
Someone commented and said yes but Adams bridge isn't it's Hindi name of course. It looks really strange the way the sand ridge goes on for miles under the ocean @@ashleyjean53204
Its called "ram setu" Bridge and is located in India the place where Ramayana is considered sacred and holy.
@@kuhulikasharma2089 thank you

There is understanding in the laughter. Also Ram Dass is a funny person
Just stop taking everything under the sun with such bitterness devout or not their laughter isn’t directed with untoward intents

Am sorry, but what’s the source Ram Dass is reading from? Thank you.
This is part of the epic called "Ramayan" or "Ramayana"
Actually, I misunderstood your question... The answer may be "Savitri".
Who is baba ram dass now that he has left his body?

What are you achieving creatively? Cum socks? 😅
Sexist story? Is this the kind of regard he has?

As a teacher i would see: if there is laughing, there is learning.
No one is laughing at the story or the deities.
