you can increase the chance of getting missing green items by using the common version. the chance to get upgrades to your current lockout is greater than pure chance.

Is this modded or just extremely late game? I enjoyed your video but after my time in HoT, I dont recognize anything you are dealing with, do items scale up to much higher versions late game?

very late game, you can collect rare items and go up to torment 30 difficulty (typically 10-15 for me)
