Why does say "this is my girlfriend" ? Very odd .

Yes, I really believe it's a subtle way of announcing his relationship with her. The situation in the skit is very similar to them, secret un-announce bf and then many girls chatting him because they don't know yet that he has a gf.
Again I will say, this is the first time didi did this after not confirming and denying all his dating rumors. He is a man of action and someone who won't hide his love. He is proud to have her and so can't wait to go public though he knows his career just had a breakthrough.
You may notice on his interviews he says often, he is honest and cannot work on pleasing people/fans. Other ideas are greedy, if they like me they will try to understand me deeper. On Downy interview he also said, if we got along we'll be friends, if not then no. He is that type of person, and that says a lot about him.

I personally thought that Didi was very dominant over Xinxin and the whole celebrities in China aware about their relationship because Didi kept giving the hints and being the obvious one! He knew Xinxin well for she was being a very kind-hearted and wholehearted girl. Xinxin could easily mingle well with everyone, which included her other drama co stars like Binbin and even XuKai who also could be touched by Xinxin's cuteness and boldness, though unlike Didi who would play rough with Xinxin where Xinxin chose to reciprocate with him, while the other gentlemen on the other hand would choose to be gentle and precarious with Xinxin. Hence, that's what I thought Didi was smitten all over Xinxin because she reciprocated and played along well with Didi, and vice verse. No offence to the DyShen's fans, Shen Yue just simply couldn't reciprocate or tolerate much with Didi's act in the BTS, and so of other female co stars whom Didi used to work with until Xinxin came along. For a moment... may be... came across this show and some of its clips, I can see XinXin was being tense in her laugh and reaction towards Xiao Tan ＆ XueQin's performance with DiDi and I think DiDi noticed it, too. So after XinXin's turn and she snorted at him a few times, he immediately claimed XinXin as her GF. Then XinXin of course was surprised and giggling all the way for their relationship was supposed to be in secret (given that we all trust they are already couples by then). But I wonder why DiDi asked XinXin if she was okay and content with his action, as in he acted along so that she won't be jealous of him chatting with other girls over the phone? or by doing so would help her win more candies and stood out of her components, Xiao Tang & XueQin? Or rather that after he noticed XinXiin was being jealous and tense during Xiao Tang & XueQin performance with him so he took this opportunity to comfort her back and also subtly claim her as his real GF! Am so sad as Dylan and Esther appear to no longer be together. That is why no new updates on them.
