    Anyone who plays an instrument (like me, who plays keyboards) notices the technical quality of Dimash's arrangements: In the part where he harmonized the melody with a funk-jazz arrangement he could use the classic jazz-bebop scale (with the augmented fifth) but, based on the positions of his hands on the keyboard and the sound, we can see that he enhances the music using inverted chords, increases augmented fourths and sevenths and explores variations of the mixolydian mode, these are complex chords that demonstrate what an excellent vocalist, musician, instrumentalist and arranger Dimash is!

    It IS a folk song brought back, in part, by Dimash’s grandfather. Dimash was going to school in composition and rearranged it into this jazzy, upbeat scat song. I love both versions. I especially love Dimash’s low tones in the folk portion.

    That is him,never doubt his ability to do anything in the art of musical vocals and he has a degree in jazz along with many others and a lot of hard work,he is today the legen,inique vocals.It is a FILK SONG,he has sang this in over 6 diferent ways ,that is the reason when you understand a voice like Dimash and what hew can deliver we as knowledgeble p+eople research and listen to a long playlist.For i believe he must be the only singer that do not expect to hear a copy of a cover and also do it thae same way,this song is beautiful in a Folkore way,it is all there research,ib follow him for over 7yrs,i study him only for me .I do not buy or follow anyone but the very few of the best voices there is,point,no way i will waste my time with any singer,he delivers everytime on all songs,he captivates ,draws you in the most positive way,i love him as the unique vocal artist of many generations.YES many might not like him,but that is due to not understanding music in general,many for other reasons,,but he is a master of excellence on the art of creating the most beauriful melodies,.His concerts are the longest and even after long over 3 hrs singing,dancing,he will come out with a dificult song and belt it out without missing a note and on PITCH,.The rest is balloney,everyone is trying to find fault in him,he is human,if one day he faults on some note it is because he might be very sick or something very important.!

    Yes, it is folk song and always sang as the first part but Dimash turned the second party into funk style. It is matter of taste but as Kazakh I am quite puzzled with this take on this song in funky style. It is love song with eventually bad ending knowing the history of this couple in love (song based on true story). it is the same feeling if Celine Dione song My Heart
    Will Go on will turn into the funky style in the second part of the song. But again, it is matter of taste and we can only appreciate versatility of Dimash. By the way the story line is the same as Titanic, rich girl in love with poor boy, of course without iceberg collision but still deadly end for the boy.

  • @YhvMagsisi
    @YhvMagsisi 2 месяца назад +1

    🤣🤣🤣
    Yes, it is a folk song. The first part is the original folk song...😅😅😅
    Then Dimash rearranged it and changed it to a modern style, which made it extraordinarily perfect and awesome.
    Yes, that was Dimash's voice reaching a whistle note while singing scales up. 🤩
    And the sound you heard at the beginning, of Dimash's voice doubled, is because although Chinese and Russian TV programs oblige the singers to use playback, Dimash always-and he has already said it in the past-always sings live. What it means is, although it's a playback obligatorily, he is singing in real-time simultaneously.
    There is another song Dimash changed his style. Watch first the original MV of "Battle of Memories" (it's in Black & White), and then react to his performance of the same song, where he wears a pink suit and a black hat. You will fall off your seat 🤣🤣🤣
