This game, apart from managing to make every car sound really close to the original engine sounds of that time, managed to give the feeling of driving these machines, something Codemasters hasn't managed at the hybrid era
Damn for a such an old game it looks amazing even for this modern standard it’s looks really nice! And porbs for the nice montage of the cars and the race tracks! Good Video
I used the default settings in RPCS3 but had to edit the environmentsettings.txt located each track's folder (e.g PS3_GAME\USRDIR\tracks\monaco). You need to set the crowds to a value of "0" within that text document.

I love seeing this game all of a sudden get lots of attention on RUclips. Still have this game after all these years!
They nailed the sound of the Toro Rosso in this game, great video!
Its insane that this game is 17 years old and still look that good !!!
To be fair for 200y these graphics are remarkable
Would love to know what setting you used in order to get it at such a high quality F1 Championship Edition is notorious for being a buggy mess on PC

@@SimRacingEvolution Thanks for the reply I'm assuming I'm setting everything to zero for crowds in both of the environment settings
Still better than f1 22
