This PDF does not contain the same notes you are playing in the video. It would be nice if you could link the notes you are actually playing in the video, thanks.👍
I finished uni for music a year ago and stopped practicing my saxophone consistently. This channel has helped me with getting me to play my sax again and actually enjoying it rather than for the sake of trying to graduate. Love your channel! Thanks so much
Thanks Paul, this one is awesome. I love the way you provide sheet music, note names and also fingering. I'll definitely tackle this one, though the final version will take a lot of work on my part. I'll let you know. Love your channel.
This is great paul! Love it! Looking forward also that you give us a lesson for "Just the way you are" intro and adlib sax part from Billy Joel. Thanks!
Paul, could you please give us complete mouthpiece and reed info you use. Thanks. Excellent Tutorial. How about "Have You Met Miss Jones" and "All the Things You Are". Almost 77 year-old sax man.
Hi Wendell! I use an SR Tech L85 Mouthpeice with Vandoren Java Red Reeds (2.5). I have in fact done this songs, Miss Jones: ruclips.net/video/6We-i8I6zC8/видео.html and here is All the Things You Are: ruclips.net/video/qPD0ZvqN6bY/видео.html
Oh how I wish sax keys were arranged like piano keys. Would be so easy for me to play. Sax keys, you have to press and or release keys, just to sound one note. But it would be so easy if the keys were laid out like piano keys. Great tutorial though!
Are you able to make the swing backing track into a seperate place instead of the video? Cause I go busking with this backing track and the outro gets pretty annoying since I have to press the play next video button to avoid it
Hi Professor, the free pdf in the quick view file is in a different key than the video shows it in. The video shows it in the key of A, but the quick view pdf shows it in key of D. Is this by design? or a mistake? Now in the downloadable file it is in the key of A like in the video. Just checking, thanks. Really enjoying all your video lessons. I hope to be able to improvise one day.
Hi John, this looks like the te or sax transposition, but the version in A should be there too. Thanks for spotting that, I will correct that link this week.
Hi Thomas, the PDF in the free library at www.onlinesaxacademy.com, if you hit the ‘download’ button that should download it for you. If you’re on a mobile or tablet you may need have a zip file app. If on a computer it will download straight away.
I don't play sax but just come here to listen to you play. You are a terrific player. You have your own style but occasionally your tone reminds me of Paul Desmond and sax players of yesteryear. You have good accompaniment also.

Спасибо большое! Очень круто!!!
Are you able to make the swing backing track into a seperate place instead of the video? Cause I go busking with this backing track and the outro gets pretty annoying since I have to press the play next video button to avoid it
Sure, the the backing tracks are available to download for premium members at online sax academy.
I still don’t get how you didn’t get the notes wrong
Ps: why does the note keep go high when I’m trying to do a low note
Thanks, most common reason why you may be squeaking on the lower notes is you have too much pressure from on the reed from your lip
Hi! How do I find the sheet music for the 2 other versions? Thank you
Hi! These can be found in the premium library. You have full access to everything here when you become a premium member.

When u do c# is your thumb touch like any buttons at the back of the alto I’m a bit confused
Hi Kahnesha, if the C# is high then you press the octave key with your thumb at the back of the sax. If it isn’t high then you don’t press anything.
I don't play sax but just come here to listen to you play. You are a terrific player. You have your own style but occasionally your tone reminds me of Paul Desmond and sax players of yesteryear. You have good accompaniment also.
