- yep, here we go again, another depressive episode. I kinda just lost all motivation to do anything to be honest. felt kinda hopeless which is one of the scariest emotions ever. it’s like that feeling just consumes you right when you wake up which is so unfair. but thankfully emotions are always temporary.
something just switched and I felt the motivation to go out again. this is why I always treasure the good moments. anyways been thinking about learning a new language and trying new things. let me know if you guys have any tips hehe.

🌷 I find the "switch" thing you talked about near the end to be a real thing. Sometimes you just wake up and for the coming day, or maybe couple (or handful) of days you just feel off, you overthink stuff, you are louder with your thoughts than with your voice, and you always feel like you come off as awkward.
And then, the switch turns on again, and the next day, you are as badass as ever.
I honestly think there's no real reason for it, you just need to deal with it, and to learn something from it, making treasure of every thought you go through (journaling is gold).

she and her videos feel like home , i mean she is like a older sister if i had one , im not saying i idolize her but infact i get comfort seeing her .the fact that she goes everywhere alone is so relatable to me cus firstly i also used to wait for friends to go to a certain place but in end they would take me where they want to ( becs from their perspective the places i want to go is boring ) ,so i decided to not rely on someone and explore new things alone and now i find it so good no one to judge just me my coffee and peace . i go to bookshops , cafes ,library , my institute everywhere alone and trust me it feels nice to be alone .

I honestly understand the feeling of "when will it get better" I feel like atm I'm having such a bad body image of myself that it effects me everyday when I wakeup I haven't been feeling good about myself especially as I'm so fixated on this one bit on my face. I just know that after my alevels ill start feeling better and will soon do that change if its effecting me too much. 🌷

Ive been watching ur content for a while and it defs calms me. Ive been staying at home either glued to my bed or pc for the past 3-4weeks and finally ive gotten the motivation to go out and do some shopping today. The weather wasnt great but it made me super happy. Window shopping (well not rly..i bought 2 books 🤭), eating snacks, chilling at a cafe for a bit (solo) made me feel at peace. All this time ive been waiting for my friends to be available but going out solo is just as enjoyable 😌

🌷 I discovered your Channel at my lowest. I'm very anxious and depressed these days. I go through something that really broke my heart. It's very painful when you do everything for a person to make them happy and forget about your own happiness. The person took me for granted and used me for my pure heart. And trying to heal myself for something I did not break is very traumatizing. I feel very calm and motivated watching your vlogs. I'm so happy that I found you as a very good creator. My bad thoughts almost win but I have to get my shit together, life goes on. And seeing how you cope with your own struggles in life makes me realize that we all have our problems. Everyone goes through something. But I'm happy that I'm not alone. Thank you!! Your videos are very comforting. It's like you speak to my soul, my inner little kid feels happy to have someone who has the same mindset as you. Its like speaking to a long-lost friend. i enjoy your content and personality smmm. i live 40 minutes outside of boston and there is a train in my city i can take directly there but recently i have developed some social anxiety and i am always so afraid and feel almost like i shouldnt. i went in this weekend with family and it was so nice and fun and there was so much i wanted to explore and watching your vlogs makes me feel like i deserve to take up space and that i would love to go out more and explore, even alone and enjoy my own company.
13:30 tbh I had been searching for what triggers me feeling like shit some days/weeks and on top of the world some other times, and as obvious as it sounds, it really helped me to learn more about my cycle. Like just watching videos on how hormones affect your mood and energy throughout the month, and not I can accept more and anticipate these highs and lows :)
