LOVE the Sisley eyeliners….my absolute favorite, tied w/the VB eyeliners.😊 Really enjoying the Sisley Moon/transparent lip gloss & would enjoy trying one of her Phyto-Lip Twists if I could find the right shade….maybe Litchi if it’s not too cool (?)- looking for a nude that’s a bit on the warmer side or neutral. You’re right about the Les-Phyto Ombré eyeshadows…..gorgeous colors but the formula’s only “ok”- they’re pretty sheer. Sisley mascaras are very nice & their skincare is AMAZING!👍
Hi Jen, Sisley makes the best eye liners they are my favorite formula. I don't use any of my other eyeliners since purchasing Sisley. Sisley-Paris L'Orchidee is still my favorite blush I have all three shades; I like it even better then their newer blushes.
you wear all these pretties so well! I love that new red color in the satin pencil, and on your recommendation I got the 1 lip pencil as well--now I'm thinking about the 24 one you love so much! how would you compare this Sisley foundation (le tint) against the Chanel water-fresh tint formula?
I think the finish is a little dewier looking in the Chanel but texturally and coverage-wise they are similar. The Sisley looks a bit more “perfect” on the skin but the price difference is pretty major imo.
Really loving your videos Lexi - the detail and comparisons are spot-on! Would you say the Topaz is more warm than cool and more brown than taupe? Also, do you have the Sparkling Topaz powder shadow? I saw this used and paired with the copper eye twist in a Sisley tutorial and overall the look was really pretty (although the model did have lovely green eyes so it make them pop even more!). I have hazel eyes but the hazel bit is only really a small outer band of green and I am goldy brown/hazel eyed. I always struggle to get colours to make an impact as opposed to just blending into my tones, if that makes sense?! thoroughly enjoyed your content, thank you :)
Thank you so much Annie! I would say topaze is more warm than cool but it has a champagne golden brown hue to it which is not overly warm. The taupe is cooler in tone when you swipe it but when you blend it out, you get a bit of a rusty brown hue. I don't have the copper one but it sounds like a gorgeous combo! I think that combo would probably make the green band pop on you. Your eyes sound beautiful!

If I would have seen this review about the blush twist before buying them, I would not have purchased them and I would be missing out tremendously. My oh makes most blush colored, especially pinks, look off in me and hardly any blushes last all day on me including Tony’s, gels, creams or powders etc and the twist blushes look exactly like they color they are on my skin and last all day and don’t look patchy or cakey.
The Sisley are creamier than the Chanel. The Sisley is more of a long lasting kohl formula but the Chanel is more of a drier pencil. I don’t wear them on the waterline that often but let me do a side by side test and i will put it in an update video this weekend.
Lexi, I have to ask if you’ve shopped on bonboncosmetics or evergow cosmetics? I just had a FIELD day discovering the brands here like Lunasol, Addiction …. and Laduree! OMG the Laduree packaging! I think you’d love those sites. ❤️ (This sounds like an ad! haha, it’s not.)
@@LexiJong I found that bonbon had a lower pricepoint for getting free international shipping, and they had things in stock that everglow didn't, plus bonbon had Laduree! There were some limited edition incredible green cream eyeshadows from Addiction...it looks JUST like Surratt, you buy a palette (which looks almost identical to Surratt's) and then 4 single eyeshadows to put in it, or blushes. I bought one 4-palette for cream shadows and one for powder. With more than 100 shades, and several different textures to choose from, I was in a fugue state!
@@LexiJong I'm sorry! I got myself into trouble, but I have put the packages away and said 'they're for Christmas', so I don't feel so guilty. My partner may never see how much I've bought. But I will show him the Laduree stuff as he loves all things French. Ariana x
Hey Lexi: What do you think of the Sisley lip liner in #10 Auburn? Not as bright as #11 Sweet Coral or #8 Coral but could that be used for more Fall orange/red type colors? Nude/Browns sometimes just are "too" brown and this Auburn I thought might just do the trick....what do you think? Thanks much! :)
