I can't take this man seriously 😂 soon as he tried to blame other people for bringing donuts I was tired
😂😂😂
I applied for a job working in the engineering department at a local hospital. At the time, I was 45 year old white male, 6 foot 3 inches tall & weighed 363 pounds. I had related experience but no direct experience but I went in with a good resume & a very positive upbeat attitude. The result? I was hired & since then I have lost 100 pounds. You don’t have to eat the donuts & cookies at work. It’s a life choice.
He already labeled himself as a victim, it’s over for him sadly
He would be a great bouncer.
Haha true
Nah bouncers or solid and mostly muscle, this guy is morbidly obese😅
Nah, he can’t move, he’s gotta put his health first and drop the weight, I’m talking 150+ pounds.
No he wouldn’t.
That’s too much work for him
He should just wait till Christmas. Then he can get a job as a Santa Claus.
bruh 🤣
😂
Come on now really
This guys BMI is 47 anything above a 30 is obese. If this guy loses 100 pounds, he will still be obese, but he literally thinks he does not look overweight is that what he said? I don’t believe in fat shaming, but yes he needs to lose weight.
If you’re too fat to work, you should have to be on a weight loss plan to get benefits.
We have all kinds of weight loss incentives at our job and through our health insurance companies. Doesn’t matter if the tools aren’t being used
He needs to Lose Weight for his health 💊 JS
i know why he ain't getting hired. Its the way he thinks
Right!
yo Anton, I laughed at the same time you did when he said I gained over 100 pounds because people at work kept bringing in donuts!!!!! that is funny AF😓😓😭😭😭😭 I can’t even believe GOD maDE people like this!😳
Jeesh a bit harsh there boss
@@blitzer9493 not harsh...IT'S ACTUALLY SAD!!! what's also is sad that there are people LIKE YOUUU SAYING TELLING PEOPLE THE TRUTH IS HARSH!!! GROW UP!!
@@blitzer9493yeah not harsh. Literally just stepped on the scale and I’m 159.6lbs and I did eat donuts frequently, like every weekend and sometimes twice a week since I live half a mile from a good donut shop but I barely go once a month now. And he weighs over twice as much as I do. It’s the temptations you have to resist. Many people make excuses. “Oh it’s free , it’s at work, it’s in from of me” but when there’s an apple in front, they never choose it.
He literally gained 170 lbs. That is WILD.
This is a warning for anyone in their 20s and overweight.
The Fading Man should be thankful to the people in the comments for their helpful advice. He cannot control his age, but at the very least he can start to exercise and diet.
That’s not true my roommate is obese and has 2 jobs you’ll find a excuse or you’ll find a way
When he got to the donut part I’m like “he GOTTA be trollin” victim OH-LIMPICS. 😭
Why would anyone allow themselves to get so big bruh, he's fifthy pounds shy of 400lb thats crazy. And i do understand that some people are just big naturally but still that's no excuse, if you ask me.
I used to weigh 400 pounds & wear a size 58 pants. Today I’m currently 263 pounds & can wear a size 42 pants. A low carb diet was a game changer for me.
I got to 325 due to injuries and depression. I had to get that weight off of me asap. And still working hard to lose more.
Obesity sympathy is too much. This is the one ailment you do to yourself and can resolve by yourself if you care enough 🤷🏿♂️
I’m convinced this man is just trolling us. Because ain’t no way 😂
I am pushing 67. 6-0 and 250. I get calls every week from people wanting me to do work for them. No college graduate or have a degree. Just 30 plus years in an industry that lost a generation.
The problem is not age, weight, color or any excuse. It's what is between the ears. Age should bring experience and knowledge what is what people are paying me for.
This is the type of dude who swears he can pick up a 19 year old girl because “girls love older men”.
NAHHHH.HE DON'T BELIEVE THAT!! TRUST ME! LOL
Exactly.. he's like a single woman with kids saying she deserves a man making $500,00/ yr. 😅😅😅
😂
@@mrstevejackson100 You may not know this, but lots of wealthy men marry women with children. Google billionaires who married women with children. For a matter of fact the richest man in the U.S. is about to marry a single mother with kids.
@@RAZASHARP He definitely does. He fits the profile perfectly - bald, obese, old (over 40), and delusional.
Did all that research about weight discrimination and probably never even considered actually losing weight.
I am proud to say I wouldn't hire him for any position.
Would you hire him for a Food taster job .
@@prettysteeve47 Absolutely not. Wouldn't want the spoons or forks back he used, even if they were throw away. Would bring no value to me.
Employers probably see these videos and say "Haeeel Noooo!" I would have thought that he couldn't stand all day also.
Everyone is a victim… victim Olympics is getting crowded these days. Everyone has an excuse to explain away their failures
All I hear is excuses. Work on yourself, mindset, physical, mental, emotional health, etc. Stop eating the donuts.
He is obviously older, and obese which certainly will not benefit his cause. I am 6ft 215 I plan on losing at least 15 pounds and I am not seeking employment.
Same here bruh! Im 6ft 1 and 202lb i plan on losing 25lb myself
55 is not old
@@Luci_purOf course it’s not, which is why he said he was *Older*.
Very stressful and tough to lose weight the older you get 😢
That boy needs to go on a serious diet and get to some kind of gym. He can easily drop 50 pounds by the end of the year.
He looking for reason to sue to force a hiring instead of being healthy etc.
It all boils down to discipline.
Now Anton why you laugh at him like that 😂. I agree with most in his comments. Age and weight can play a factor whether a person is hired or not. Losing weight will also help his mental health.
I believe that in some fields of work, discrimination is needed. He'll be the same guy doing security somewhere. I've seen it too many times.
I feel like I just not got hired at ikea because I'm overweight. I also feel like I lost my job at web development because I couldn't wear suits
He sounds like one of those people who only want a certain type of job, and would rather starve than get something else. if he really had a desire to work, he would try to be a Strength Coach, a Chef/Cook, a Security Guard/Bouncer, Truck Driver, Construction Worker (or other manual laborer), Warehouse worker, Mechanic/Technician, Offensive/Defensive Tackle, et al. But he just wants to be a whiny baby who can't prove, in a court of law, that he's discriminated against and is now crying on RUclips.
One commenter had it right, that he lacks self-discipline.
I told him he needed to start a graphic design business online. He said he had yrs experience in that. Ppl also told him to be a truck driver. I also suggested doing Uber eats.
@@kathryneprickett2083 That just proves he's a self-made victim
I feel like people nowadays are more comfortable sharing their insecurities (in this case him being obese) because the expected response is people should show him pity on them and "give them a break". I'm from the old school and if you let yourself get this big that's all on you, nobody forced you to eat all of that food. You let yourself go. Instead of complaining about discrimination against fat people (and yes that does happen), why not let it motivate you to not become fat so you won't face that type of discrimination. These types of people want the whole world to adjust to them.
With a majority of Americans already overweight/obese, a lot of people in this comment section acting like this can't/won't happen to them.
From personal experience, its slowly creeps up on, while you are focusing on work and family. I was working 2 jobs, where I sat 12 hours a day, and then commuting in between, there was almost no time to work out. Not getting enough sleep because sleep apnea sets in. At 6'5 and naturally larger (280-290), I ballooned up to 500lbs over the course of 13 years, and then was laid off and let go from 2 jobs in 2010, and I couldn't find anyone who would hire me. Then depression hits, not being able to provide for your family, and you struggle to lose weight even when you have the free time. You do start to feel like the victim.
I was able to break this cycle 7 years ago when I got divorced at 47, but it is still a struggle to maintain the weight loss.
All That Research And You’d Likely Be Hard Pressed To Find Anything About Health/Wellness/Weight Loss In His Search Engine🤦🏾♀️…
One Thing America Can Cultivate Is A Victim😒…
So Sick’a Humans.
This man is clueless and Common sense never knew him. Being prior Food Service Industry I know of a couple of reasons that obesity and Line Cook are frowned upon. First, It can often be HUSTLE HUSTLE HUSTLE. And second, Depending on the establishment.. There isn’t alot of room to have to worry about WEDGING between someone and a 350 degree grill or countertop. Since sitting on his azz all day was his career choice he could always become a Truck Driver. He’d get paid to travel the country and always have greasy food within arms reach on his passenger seat. NO EXERCISE OR MOTIVATION REQUIRED ☠️
Donuts are deelishes!
I bet he buys all the women lunch at work
OMG! Do you think this guy is a Simp or Lunch time trick for the ladies??
@@prettysteeve47 both
Nobody wants to hire that type of problem. Generally, these people will call out more. Or worse, yet go see a doctor get some type of work limitations, which forces the employer to now keep them and work with whatever accommodation the doctor deams fit. If you get a doctor to write a note stating this employee can only stand up for 15 minutes at a time, then the employer would have to respect that.
I’m 6’1 and I was disgusted with myself at 260 a year ago. Hovering at about 240 now but still upset
This is so sad that a MIRROR is being held up to his face by the videos that he is making and he is not reflecting. Looking into a normal mirror it doesn't talk back to you the videos are. And he is still going on making more videos.
Man I’m big and know you are risk we both need to be under 300 by December
Gotta be a joke.🤣
I love working my 2 full time Security jobs at 100 hours a week in Seattle, while slowly building me and my Filipinas wife Beach Hotel in the Philippines! 👀 at Ohana Beach Suites here or on F….B….K…we open next year! Today is day 37 days straight no days off dealing with mental health patients etc. I’m happy AF! Dreams come true! I’m a white dude!
I’m 6-4 240 .I live in the gym ex D1 football player. The calories you have to eat to maintain 350 is gross.
5k calories a day at that weight?
Does anybody have anything positive in their life or know anybody that has anything positive in their life 🤔
Have you considered jobs where your weight would not be a consideration? Call center? Uber/Lyft?
In the meantime, start your own private gigs: dog walking; house cleaning; elder care; personal assistant. It’s not only your weight, but your age and probably your race that are working against you.
If he sitting all day then setup a computer station and do remote work lol 😂
That’s a large man but to go on social media and complain about why he can’t get a job. He doesn’t want to get himself out there to find a job.
Im 6ft 1 and im 202lb currently. i use to be 145lb at 6ft 1inch in my 20s, i started gaining weight in my late 30s and now that im in my late 40s im up to 202lb. Being a trucker i see guys like this all the time and im like ain't no way in hell imma allow myself to get to big to where i can barely get Around without running out of breath just walking. One time we had orientation one morning and this morbidly obese driver was huffin and puffing just walking up the steps. I told myself if i ever get that big im coming off the road for a year or two and get myself back in shape.
Get in shape sir. Don't be like busted biscuit.
Lol
As a business owner… if you can’t care for your health how can I think that you will take care of my business?!?!
Keto works. Follow Dr Berg.
What he doesn't understand is that for his age and size he's a liability. I've worked in call centers and I've seen first hand where Ems had to be rushed to the site because someone who's overweight was having trouble breathing. Sick of the victim Olympics.
If he can put this much into researching nothing he can research a walk around the park.
Damn… no one forced you to eat all that food to get that big…. Selfish!
😢when he said donuts I started laughing
Dpending who hires actually a lot of places won't hire him because of his age And don't want to pay out any imsurance Sad because a lot of these older guys will work
I rather here more videos from guys like yesterday who don't complain. Let's stop shining light on dead baby moms, low-grade people, etc.
Though he does need to lose the weight, he is technically being discriminated against. I work for the Michigan Department of Civil Rights in Detroit and we get these type of complaints all the time. Weight is covered as 1 of the 7 protected classes. I'm not saying it's right, but legally it is valid.
Anton : This fading man should be a shoe-in candidate for your annual Victim Olympics Award ! I can believe that he is blaming his co-workers for his donut addiction because they were his suppliers. All he had to do was to say No and do some type of exercise after work at least 2 - 3 days a week during those years he was working.
This might be unhelpful, but numerous fully online roles are available for companies seeking "AI trainers." These positions offer pay ranging from $15 to 50 per hour, and employees can set their own pace based on their availability each week. Candidates need to apply and complete a small series of competency tests. Anyways, it's an excellent side gig and, in my opinion, crucial for real people to be involved in the development of AI at this stage.
Hard work would help to solve his weight problem. How ironic!
No excuses get to action....one day at a time.
All the time he uses trying to search laws , he need to use that energy towards fitness and nutrition. He’ll burn more calories.
It's not the fading man it's The donut Man
There's a job out there for him you just have to pick something that you don't aren't really super physically active at like answering phones or talking to people from a call center a customer support things like that there's a job for everybody
He can use that to his advantage. Become an armed Security Guard or something...
This guy's Thumbnails are a gift from the gods. - James D Watkins artistic director of Phoenix Productions.
I be following him. Im glad you did s follow up to the first video of him. His comment section really is holding him accountable. At 55, who is gonna hite him? I told him to do a graphic design business since he has years experience with that.
It’s crazy that he’s doing videos complaining about not working while looking this unkept. If you’re morbidly obese cool, but dang pick ONE struggle in the interim.
Man I work with men over 60 that wear 5 and 6xl and they still working and that's black and white men in tech repair, but they also do other things outside work so if they weighing close to 4 or 500lbs and still working, man please he is weak minded.
This guy lacks accountability. He needs a good look in the mirror. Victim mindset: after reading the comments on how become more successful and take that to heart, he said he did "research" that weight discrimination is real. Nuff said. Zero action on his behalf.
You can always find bad things, unfair decisions in life the only thing is the way you word everything you needed to be a victim of any kind of problems you have in your life its everyone else fault you have problems in their lives so crazy the world we live in everyone wants a handout to make life easier for them 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
He need to move to the good ol’ south. Everything is bigger in Texas.
No more room on the victims Olympic team. Get yourself together...
😂😂😂 my man out here going bad
He should be a bouncer or a bodyguard
eat a salad before lunch and dinner and go for 1hr walks every day...promise you, he'll look like a different person in 6 mobths
He said he ihappy now, weight just one factor if sellf esteem.; Ive seen thin, rich people with low self rsteem
And if he ever loses weight then the next issue is going to be is he’s too old and etc.
This guy is the ruler of victim kingdom
He has all the excuses but nothing about what is he gonna do - where is the action
I think this is more mental health than unemployment and I can’t bring myself to laugh at that because it is so sad
Just because people work behind a desk doesn’t mean do nothing it actually means that you can do some exercise even if simple because you can rest at work 😂
The doughnut monster part was funny as hell
As long as it’s everyone else to blame he doesn’t have to do anything better
This is mental health and I think he is a suicide risk
Weight discrimination is practiced in the military...
It must be, you are supposed to be able to carry a wounded soldier if something happens to him or her, it would be difficult to support 300 lbs of mass plus run over a distance.
@@Micosboo Hooah!!
