It's also funny because Peter always runs it once and he would've scooped the entire pot. He shows some mercy to Luda only to end up losing 2/3 of the pot. Poker is fun
After the action is done they can speak any language as it won’t affect the course of the hand, and if it is heads up between 2 asians they can speak their own language

So speaking a foreign language while the hands are live is allowed on the high stakes table? On most tables the poker etiquette is “English only” between live hands and comments from players out of the hand, especially non-English are not allowed.
At the stakes you play maybe it doesn't make sense. But at super high states it's pretty much etiquette now to run it 2X, especially if the player you're playing against wants to and you don't. I always run 2X if the person I'm up against wants to especially if it's a cooler.

For the stakes he typically plays he should just be consistent and run it once but as soon as he took so long to decide you know for sure whatever he decides the poker gods would not be smiling down upon him :-/// IMHO you should be known to be a "run it once" player with exceptions here & there because this will deter players trying to bluff you with draws KNOWING that is you do call, they will get "bailed out" by having 2 shots at hitting their draw!!!
