I was at this concert. still the BEST concert I have ever been to. The amount of energy not only from Tyler and josh--but the crowd... we all were so in the music and the moment. It felt like a giant healing session. I wish I could go back to this concert.

I saw them October of 2019 and had a similar experience. I actually got emotional during Truce because Tyler just barely sang any of it and instead threw lyrics on the screens, karaoke-style, and let the crowd do it. "I hope I'm not my only friend" hits different when a whole stadium of people are singing it together.
I was about 3 feet away from Josh when he came out on the drum island at a different concert, and he tossed his drumstick to me. Usually he throws it way out into the crowd, but this time he just sort of dropped it for us. Best. 2. Minutes. Ever.

this crowd was absolutely great to watch. the crowd is what gives tyler energy, and in this show particularly he looks so happy and motivated by the crowd.

No, it actually is drumming, you can tell that by the presence of a drum kit. It might not be what an elitist twat would consider drumming but anyone with a love of music - and of those who use instruments to make their own music - would see that the instrument was used properly.
