Thank you for your delight and joy in sharing this group of flowers! Your photos of bouquets are so lovely. Great job, Jason! The beams look amazing. You both have tremendous energy to accomplish so much. I have been winter sowing seeds. I ordered 16 new dahlia tubers and have started waking them up to hopefully propagate them. I hope it works 😊 Your dried flower wreath is so cute!
Busy, busy! Always busy! You guys are always busy doing something. Looks great Jason! Thank you for this info packed educational video Crane. ☺️ I want to pack my daughters yard with your recommendations. She always has picked the prettiest bouquets for me from my yard through the years. Being a night shift nurse it’s sweet to wake up to a bouquet beside my bed of peonies and phlox with a little note tucked in saying “I made broccoli soup” 🥰
Some varieties are hybrid and they might not have the same quality as the original. But I like that you try. That’s how we learn what is good for cutting 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️
I enjoyed all of your flower suggestions and have quite a few dahlias myself. I liked Jason's work with the beams and your dried flower arrangement. The standout for me was when you mentioned the marigold, and before you said you had a childhood memory associated with it, I said that too! My mom's favorite color was yellow, and she grew marigolds. The sight and smell of them remind me of her more than any other flower. Then you showed the marigold arrangement and that is the loveliest use of marigolds I've ever seen, so I clicked on your arrangement video... You have oodles of very beautiful arrangements and a lot of talent; I would like any of them, but this is the first bouquet I feel the need to totally replicate (grow, arrange, and maybe display on Thanksgiving every year...). I lean toward liking spring bouquets and colors, but there's something about EVERYTHING in that bouquet, including the vase, that makes the colors and form so perfect. THEN YOU SAID IT WAS TOTALLY EDIBLE and I about swooned haha. Now these are my daughter's favorite colors, so I'll have to make her one too. 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Thank you so much for sharing the stories with me. Marigold scent reminds me of my time in Thailand too. Yes, just have fun and follow your heart. Arranging flowers is like art. The more you do the better you will be but also no right and wrong. 😊🥰❤️🙏🏻
@@cranerygardensI don't like the color yellow and don't care about Marigolds, so I don't have these two things in my garden. The only yellow flowers in my garden are cucumber and pumpkin plants 😂😂.
Oh wait, I guess the flowers in the marigold won't survive past the frost!😂😂😢😢 Such a nice dream, though. I had visions of guests admiring and then adding bits of it to their plates.

Awww… thank you ☺️😊❤️ that’s so sweet. I also have a customer doing the same for their mom. 😊🥰❤️
I used a red variety(?) of sedum last year in a few bouquets. It was leggy/falling over. Snip, added….win-win & great accent.

@@cranerygardens plant was leggy/falling over in ground. Worked great as part of bouquet.💐 and plant was pruned 👍🏼

Great info Crane
I glad. Thank you 🥰
I never thought of Autumn Joy as a cut flower. I had a mass of them in my last home and never cut them.
