I missed the classic net return. It’s the safest, easiest return of serve. Also the net return, pushing the shuttle to the side, forcing the server to the front and out of the center. Each of these returns can be easily learned and can be seen in many of the doubles matches here on youtube.
net return works well when male player serves in mixed doubles. it draw the male player to the front and got a chance for partner to smash on female opponent at the back court.
I have been playing for over twenty years and when I was younger I remember everything but after not playing for over 6 years due injuries and a ruptured Achilles I have forgotten everything and just watching your video has brought back to me what I am doing wrong now. THANK YOU SO MUCH 🙏👍
Great video! How about a video on how both partners should position themselves on the court when receiving a serve? I noticed in most international tournaments, that the other partner on the receiving team is positioned at the center of the court (not on the opposite box), while the one receiving the actual serve is near the net.
Please make video for 3rd shots as well in doubles, such that we are more likely to get the lift. I have a general idea of keeping the shuttle low and targeting empty spots but more info would be welcome.
Defining the types of return is the easy part. "HOW to Return" a good serve thats 100 times hard part. I think the best way to learn is to look at slow motions of pros doing it while they stand at similar distance away from the base line as you.
unfortunately most of us amatures are not really following the serving rules. As a result we tend to flick serve without caring to 115 cm rules if we lean too much to the front
Pls don't stand on that position if you are in that position .. Opponent will serve to left corner.... And don't do this 2 serve when opponent in that position.. You Need to serve left corner..
Same with my partner too. He thinks it is cool to return smashes and wear the opponents out. He returns quite a few smashes but we end up losing the game more often than not.
the feeder's serve is too high, you wont often find your opponent to serve that high
So true. That high serve I will just kill the bird down to floor. It becomes tricky when the serve is good. Then it becomes challenging.
I was just thinking for how to return double serves and this video just came out on the recommendation. Thank you for the tips
It proves Google reads our thoughts and listen everything we speak
Google starts to hack thoughts

@@LaoMaoSpectacularlife Sure. It also works on the female partner in the mixed doubles though.

Please show an effective return to a good flick serve on the backhand side eg. When the serve is moving parallel to the mid-line..

you are standing very near to the first cort to return the serve, based on your standing position he will give you long service
This tutorial is focus on only how the serve done..but how to prepare to receive the serve was not shown detail..
Pls don't stand on that position if you are in that position .. Opponent will serve to left corner.... And don't do this 2 serve when opponent in that position.. You Need to serve left corner..
the serves are supposed to be on NET height these are too high, opponent can decide where to place it or kill it
Mantap banget boss
Terima kasih
My partner told me to return it high to the back.
Same with my partner too. He thinks it is cool to return smashes and wear the opponents out. He returns quite a few smashes but we end up losing the game more often than not.
thats club playing or jsut plainly just to sweat but not competitive badminton. doubles badminton should always be attacking.
@@icesummer1725 not always. Even top pros use defensive strategy to beat opponents. Just look at Endo/Watanabe vs Minions
Good technique, but bat camera angle to see the flick serve return properly, concentrate the camera on the player returning the flick serv.

Why you're serving that high
The Bird
ruclips.net/video/wf_vW3j_TbA/видео.html
Lol.....
People don't play like this way....
They don't give you lolipop , and you just hit....
You flick serves are not accurate making comfortable in smashing it like anything.. A good flick serve is like an ace only
They gonna get confuse whose bird is that...LOL

'bird'????
Are you kidding /. only player with 0 days experience will serve this high
Thanks
