Describe the property: Include a description of the property being sold, including the address, legal description, and any specific features or amenities.
Purchase price and payment terms: Specify the purchase price and the terms of payment, including the amount of the initial deposit and the date of the final payment.
Contingencies: Include any contingencies or conditions that must be met before the sale can be completed, such as a home inspection, appraisal, or financing contingency.
