I hope you meant to leave a key at front door on the inside and not on the outside, and make sure to lock it because many times I had other agents trying to get in while I am showing ... but I think it will be strange for buyers / tenants to see the agent locking the door and I dont recommend that plus if left outside the key could be stolen. Plus if you have to walk to the lockbox, you do have to put it in your pocket etc anyways and all you need is to REMEMBER going back to that lockbox to return it.... Actually having a key in my pocket, saved me many time, considering you may walk out and lock yourself out....

Eh idk about that i just thinks you havent expirenced enough hard work to know that none of what you said fits that box 😂. In all seriousness iv dated a few and yeah it seems to always be the same girl in a different body and well coming from the trades where i climbed iron and bolted it together at 18 and well i cant think of how many times iv smacked my hand with a big hammer straightened the broken fingers and figured it out 😂 hunny thats hard work. Hell being a bar back can be hard work between fighting drunks and running 15miles a night then putting the dance floor away at 60lbs a tile plus a few flights of stairs. Ever try roofing? Now thats hard work 50lbs bundles of shingles 2 on each shoulder climbing a 40ft ladder on a 100° day and its about 140°f up there oh and your fired before you hit the ground if you fall because a gust of wind cane through at the wrong time.. maybe if you handle it well get back up and keep going they'll reconsider it bleeding or not. How about the soldier digging a trench so his buddies and himself dont get blown up while they try and get a cat nap while bombs go off all around and maybe you make it maybe you loose a leg maybe you wish you lost the leg because your buddy was so much better of a human. Thats all hard work some signs and snacks and being present isnt. Maybe instead of touting your education over anothers you should apply your education and be less dense enough to understand and not lie to yourself about how hard that "work" is cause you know you dont really do that much hell when i started my forst business i remember working 90hrs in the heat had 3 broken fingers and i think i made $200 at the end of the week now that was hard work. Dont worry iv made the business far more successful since through hard work certainly not what you described
