Great demo. I love this plugin and abuse it all over the place. And that song by your brother is quite catchy.
A shame it doesnt chew up the tape and make you sit there for 10 minutes trying to reel it all back into the cassette using a pencil.
Other than that, very nice little tool.

It's called moon. My brother recorded it in his apartment with a IPhone I think. So we went nuts with lofi effects

Well... it sounds somewhat cassette-ish... but nothing like when I use my Yamaha MT4X 4 track tape... If you want to have cassette sound... buy a decent cassette deck! I grew up with cassettes... Sorry.... This has nothing to do with that.
I own 2 sony cassette players this is emulating the saturation you get the noise and the frequency responce when trying to get the sound of bad cassettes. When i use cassettes for a mix its for a colored lofi sound when i want subtle color i use my tube gear.
well yeah man, that's an obvious statement. this effect can be one of a handful of tools including hardware to get that cassette/lo-fi sound. plus it's not always easy to get and/or place a 4 track tape machine in their bedroom.
I started with a 20-pound Wollensack reel-to-reel and eventually cassette.
