During monthly bank reconcilliation, there is a way to identify whether there are any check(s) outstanding, i. e. not cashed or deposited. Any experienced accountant wouls raise an alarm or correct the missing check issue within 30-60 days period maximum. So, don't buy The Grand Douchxxxg of Monteshito silly story..

When my dad was working he used to drive what they then call a trot (a digger with a scoop on the front). He was called out to work on a big fancy house and the guy who owned it was Frankie Vaughn. My dad had with a couple of workers dig Frankie and his wife a swimming pool. It was 1 year delinquent as of JAN! It’s not about the fees, it’s about WHY they put off filing the report for so long, not about late fees & forgetting to report - you don’t forget for 17 months!
I agree. It is about what information is in the annual report. They filed an extension in May 2023 and that was due in November 2023. Now May 2024 annual report is due so will they file another extension? I hope that someone will analize the annual report for May 2023 if it has now been filed.
And I'm sure they received several letters of warning before sending a delinquent notice.

Because we don't see or hear our King announcing what he is doing doesn't mean he is doing nothing. Anything the King or the rest of the Royal Family do when there is a problem is done privately so we will never know what is being done. For myself I am certain King Charles is on the case but he does have other priorities, not least his health. The silence from the palace is erroneously construed by so many as a sign he is doing nothing. That is so unfair and critics should realise that Royal issues will not be splashed all over the newspapers.

Hello Neil and all viewers, I am an accountant from California. When company is issuing a check, it is stays as outstanding on the books untill it is deposited by payee. During monthly bank reconcilliation, there is a way to identify whether there are any check(s) outstanding, i. e. not cashed or deposited. Any experienced accountant wouls raise an alarm or correct the missing check issue within 30-60 days period maximum. So, don't buy The Grand Douchxxxg of Monteshito silly story..

Yes if I want to donate to charitable causes I do it direct to people I know have met and have worked with. Best way, I have friends for life from Karhmandu. Who would have believed it? Not me, but my life has been enriched from the experience.
I thought M would *never* mess up like this because she's such a detail oriented person? Oh dear. They were warned months ago apparently; they are the top of the food chain and so this lands at their feet. Archewell was already considered questionable by many people, and now we can see just how the revolving door of employees and the inattention of the "heads" of the foundation is affecting it. Frankly I don't donate to or through them anyway, as I don't want my info harvested and sold.
Invictus needs someone to lead them that can be respected. harry is not that person. He is a drug addict, a liar and a traitor to country and family.
