Taking my test this Thursday. I have listened to these videos I hear her voice even when I'm not listening... lol... these have been amazing though I have learned information from these that I never learned in my class... oh and thank you for adding a math video

I wish I found her program at the beginning. I signed up with mortgage educator instructor Dave Luna not that great in explanation compare to her.

The company I work for use another company to train new LOs but I’m going to thoroughly recommend we switch to affinity. So much more organized. Makes so much more sense.

Omg I really thank God for this woman. I am scheduled to take my test the first week of May. And she puts so many things into perspective because I thought if I print out all of the material and memorize, I would be good to go. Omg that is so not the case this is so helpful. For whoever may be watching this in October 2021, good luck on your exam! I’ve talked to a lot of people and it is meant to be scary, but if you prepare and pay attention to the details, you’ll do great from what I’ve been told! (I am taking mine next week)

I just finished my 20 hours but did it online and feel like nothing stuck with me ( I'm more of a hands on or explain learning) I have learned so much watching your videos. I have a question though... Is this California laws if not does most of this info similar to the California laws , am I going to confuse myself by watching this? Hey question if I was to purchase the study guide for the national test. How long will I have access to it?
These videos have been super helpful. If a lender closes a loan on Say July 11th and forgets to send the right to resend until July 14th. Does the right of recession still end on the 14th or does it extend for the full 3 years ?
Not automatically... this is just a "RIGHT" that the consumer has - if this was not handled correctly.

Hey Atricia, My MLO test goddess. Question! the 2 disclosures requirement per borrower, is that time related? I'm expecting at signing, to be one time, borrowers are to receive a disclosure concerning a right to rescind, in the coming 3 days, disclosed in writing. Is that timing correct and then are they just given a 2nd copy or is that disclosure accruing at a different time in the process. Thanks so much again!

Be careful in your wording. That 3-day rescission doesn't apply to all refinances. This cancellation period only applies to refi's on a borrower's primary residence. Not rentals. Not second homes.
Thanks for your input... if you listen to the entire video [amd actually take the course], we make it very clear AND when a student takes the course, the workbook, the lecture - we make that clear as well.

I found this information when verifying for 2023, is the 1 million you spoke of supposed to be 100k please?
I had a question about the right to rescind on my last test (that I failed by ONE) and they threw in a holiday as the third day....with that being the case, hypothetically, if a borrower closes on Friday...and Monday is a holiday, when would the right to rescind period end? Wednesday at midnight?

4 installments question? Might be trivial, but does the length inbetween payments matter? I.e. biweekly, weekly, etc?
So 5 weekly payments requires TILA?

Tila ONLY applies to residential properties. It does not applies to commercial, agriculture properties. This is an exam question in every state. Video forgot to mention this
